College provide enough platform for students but student is the one who need to perform. FOR BTECH CS IT ECE STUDENT COLLEGE IS WORTH BUT FOR OTHER BRANCHES YOU SHOULD ALSO CONSIDER OTHER COLLEGE ALSO. but in this college you get enough opportunity compare to other universities in Uttarakhand.

Course curriculum is quite industrial updated from the beginning of 1 year you will be taught subjects which are currently in trend. It has labs sponsored by cisco, TATA Technologies for industrial driven experience. Course structure consists of semesters and in each semester you will be having mid sem and end semester exams. As it is self affiliated University so all the examination pattern are decided by them only.

Companies like amazon, adobe, zscaler, hexaware, informatica, byjus, oppo, samaung diaplay visited our campus for cs student apart from these. Mass recruitment companies like infosys, tcs, wipro, capgemini, cognizant almost offered nearly 1100 offers in ther very first week of placement week. Companies have their different levels of quantitative as well as technical round of interview and test. Cs students have very good opportunities in placements approx 95 percent of selection thourough camous placements but it mainly depend upon your performance for which university run special classes for placement preparation for about 3 months. Branches apart form Cs it and ece. Have less chances of placements as mainly 4 - 5 company visited only.

College is well known for its cultural events. In a span of a year we have cultural fest in march of 3 days which consist of celebrities performances. And we have kavi sammelan for literature lovers and before every festival there is cultural events related to them to students. University treats you as a family member. As for technical we have national level technical competitions and seminars all going around thouroughout the year. It also has inter University sports competition and has various clubs related to every field whether it is theatre, singing, performance band, literature etc.

Fees structure is quite expensive for all india quota students (for btech in my time it was 101500 academic fees and nearly 15000 for extra fees such as examination fees, library fees etc) but if your percentage is good in 12 then you can avail much benefit and if you are girl then also you have relaxation in fees.but if you are from Uttarakhand then you have 25 percent relaxation on fees(nearly 78000 per semester) Fees accepted thourough chalan, neft, aur draft or cheque. You will be given 4 year fees structure at beginning of admission and there is alumani feea of 3000 at the end only. No other charges are entertained but if you are going on trip or industrial visit then you have to pay for them.

College offers scholarships based on 12 percentage. If you have greatee than 75 percent you can have 5% discount for 80 percent 10% and so on per semester based on your previous semester score. Loan is also available for students they can avail that also.

Campus life is worth memorising but at the end you have to understand that it is private so there is certain restrictions upon that. Gender ration mainly deppend upon courses to courses. In btech it is like 8 boys 1 girl. University has variant Students diversity coming from all religion and there is no discrimination among them. Every student is treated with same manner.

Hostels room are quite good as they have newly built hostels and there is cleanliness around hostels. Room are good and have proper facilities. Room are available for sharing 3 or 2 students in a single room depwnding upon your choice. But single room are given to the senior students mostly. But you can also get it. Depending upon hostels to hostels they have different rent but approximately 95000 per year. Apart from accommodation food is ok. Have variety thouroughout the week. As well quality of some day food are good but on some days it is not worth eating. Hostels seats are good in numbers but you have to rush for good rooms.

Graphic era never forgets about its alumni. university treats them as a family. They organise various reunion in all over country for their alumni.

Number of lecture nearly 40 to 45 depending upon subjects. But the university has very good faculty student interection. You can always reach them for your problems. They will be very supportive thouroughout your course.
