College review

The Course Curriculum of this University is partially good it's depends on branches where you enrolled.i had done ECE and in this branch course curriculum and teaching skills are not so good as compared to other branch.Mechanical and Civil branch is good have research driven environment.i suggest you that if you want to enroll for this University then go for only CSE branch.faculty have also enriched knowledge with skills and behavior and placements is also high for CSE students

As I already said I am an electronic branch students if you come here for ECE and expect that some one hire you from core company then it will be your day dreaming.less number of core companies had come and hire maximum 2 or 3 students out of more than 200 students.there is good placements only for CSE students.if you are here for CSE then you are in good place.there is more than 50 IT companies comes for hiring and provide handsome package too

Every year college celebrated technical, cultural,sports fest and fresher party for fresher's.freshers party were well organized by the college even college management invited to many celebrities for the fresher party.sports fest are not well organized enough because college don't have own playground so on sports fest it rented group and organized sports fest

Fee structure is so expensive including added many amenities fees.hostel fee increases 10% per year and if you not pay fee on time then you have to pay fee with fine which is 5k for first 7 days and it may increases day by day.managements are worst.they are here to making money as fine,back examinations fee and others.arrear examinations fee amount can vary anytime when management wants.it could be up to 5k.there is only two mode of fee payment here cash or demand draft

College didn't get any scholarships if your domicile is Uttarakhand then total 26 % of the tution fee amount will waived off.if you want to apply for education loan then during admission time many bankers come to college for providing education loan you can go ahead with him

Campus life was awesome because whether of this place is captivating.university doesn't allow any political activity that's why campus feel like heaven.gender ration is approximately 45/55 where 45 is Females and 55 is Males.there is no any tolerance in campus life

Hostels are good enough ranging free campus.there is 2 or 3 bed sharing rooms for 1st year students and for final year it will be single sharing room.room were in good condition but problem is that only few seats were available for hostel.if you are lucky and relative of faculty and political background then first priority to get room will be your other wise depends on luck.there are many PG's are available nearby college with minimal cost around 6 k per month including fooding it may be high as per room and amenities

College conduct alumni meet every year in different locations in india even also outside India like London.during alumni meet we meet with seniors and enjoyed again college life with him

I gave JEE exam but unfortunately my rank is more than 1.5 lack.then I tried to get admission in good University but my JEE rank was also high then I research and found that there is a college in dehouradun which is autonomous and have lot of seats then go to campus and take registration form and gave interview and selected selected for spot round admission

Number of lecturer held depends on branches in ECE it held 8 lectures daily including Saturday and in CSE held 6 lectures and sat will be off.most faculty have highely experienced and good knowledge but all have bad attitude.because this is University and all the internal marks fully depends on faculty for this faculty pretend to be he is a director of the college.
