Course Curriculum Overview
The course is divided within eight semesters and focus more on practical and application part with a strong theoretical base. The curriculum is designed to enhance the critical thinking and problem solving abilities of the students. It also includes learning of computer languages like C++, Java etc to enhance their chances in the field of technology.
Placement Experience
The university training and placement cell manages relations with recruiters and prepares the students by providing trainings, soft skills etc. to increase their chances of getting in campus placement opportunities. Some of the prominent recruiters include Amazon, deloitte, Fortis, extramarks etc.
College Events
The college organise events for the students to provide them with the opportunity of exhibiting their talents. WILDLIFE'18 was conducted which was wildlife photography competition in coallbartion with wildlife preservation society and Dehradun Zoo saw high excitement and participation of the students. The top three winners were provided with prizes.

Admission
Eligibility: 10+2 from any recognized board with physics, chemistry, maths or computer science and English combination with a minimum of 55 per cent. The entry can be both regular or lateral. Admission form is to be filled and submitted online. Admission will be granted on the basis of the scores of JEE(Main) or BITSAT or state engineering exam equivalent. Merit list will be announced after counselling.
Faculty
With high educational qualification and continuous research publications the faculty of the department is very impressive. They have their unique ways of teaching in a simple yet understandable manner to make a strong and clear concept in the minds of students. They are very supportive and the classes are very interactive. The teachers give more focus to student solutions to enhance their abilities of providing sustainable measures.
