Remarks
Very big campus. it takes all energy to travel from one end to another. Very beautiful campus situated in hills. Main problem here is travelling problem. We have to uber or ola to travel to city and it is costly.
Course Curriculum Overview
Btech is tough, as said. So our college made a time table which is chill in the starting of the semester and gets hectic in the end of the semester. It also becomes hectic as son as you join clubs or participate college fests. Exam (end semester)happens in november and April, with countinous internal exams (date decided by teachers).
Placement Experience
Yes they were stipend but some companies which come for picking students for internship doesn't provide money for intern students. But maximum packages goes to 18 lakes and min to 3-4 lakes. Some students don't get jobs too. Some companies are- Microsoft, mahindra, google etc.
College Events
Reverb, college fest. Techfest for different streams to participate in common competition. Kidaar drama fest. Awesome fest happens in our college as well as prota for sports fest. Students participate in different competitions which grows team spirit also.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Little expensive 1. 3 lakh per semester with 76 thousand and six hundred for hostel. Also different charges for fines for late coming etc. 20, 000 is also taken in security by college in the starting at the time of admission.
Fees and Financial Aid
No there aren't any. If some scholarship is available it is availble from state governments or by bank approved loans. My friend is taking scholarship from goa government because his father have a government job. I have applied for loan.
Campus Life
Labs are there for basic electronic and electrical engineering, chemistry, civil lab, computer science labs, mechanical lab for mechanical students. Sports are here, students can play in there free time, prota happens in our college in which student competes with each other.
Hostel Facilities
Sharing room, per room 3 students. Infrastructure is goood and facilities are also good. Maid comes to clean room on daily basis. Good ventilation in room. Limited seats are here and pgs are lilte far from hostel.
Alumni/Alumna
Senior students are kind and nice here. Senior students help in sports as well as in studies. They also help us in different clubs, if we have opted in. We have chill seniors in our campus. But there are always some seniors which are salty.
Admission
From SITEEE exam, after that counselling was conducted by Symbiosis institute of technology pune and I choose Computer science stream for my bachelor's degree. I took science stream in 11 and so I choose to do engineering. Also I was unfit for nda.
Faculty
Helpful but less caring about students. Some teachers and students have communication problem beacuse they are from different parts of the country. Otherwise teachers have clear concept of the topic.
