Remarks

I my view I would not recommend this college to those who are outside Dehradun, there are many other options which are good, because academic atmosphere is not so good, labs and all are not at all helpful.

Course Curriculum Overview

1.5

It is groomed with good teaching staff, although atmosphere of this college is very stressed, students are always under pressure, course structure is good for other engineering branches, although automobile specific knowledge is not upto the mark, also college doesn't support students when they do something creative, instead they Debar you from giving exams

Placement Experience

2.5

Many companies visited our college in the past, like Ashok Leyland, Honda, and Amazon, Wipro etc, the tentative percentage or CGPA is 7.5 or above.

College Events

3.5

Youthopia is the biggest event in this college which helds once in a year, also many technical fests are organised by college time to time, participation is also nice, a lot of students are benifited by these events, also in youthopia celebrities also participate, they come to college.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It's around 10 lacs and around 14 lacs including hostel for this four year course, my Academic fees is around 2.5 lacs per year, and most of the times I prefer NEFT or RTGS payment method as my hometown is in other city, my parents deposit fees through this payment method, yes college provide transparency in fee breakdown.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes college offers scholarship opportunities to students who have good CGPA, they just cut down the fees to be paid, so the student has to pay lesser amount. The eligibility criteria is based on your Academic performance, if your CGPA is above 9 or like that. I don't know exactly the average sum

Campus Life

4

I don't know exactly the gender ratio, I can tell that in my class all are boys, in mechanical core branch, there are 4-5 girls and 50+ boys, so that in mechanical boys are more. The overall culture of the college is ok ok I can say, yes debates are organised, actually this college has many clubs which are technical and cultural, so they organise all these things. Extracurricular activities are very good here by the way, robotics is also there by SAE club, sports activities are also good for hostel students.

Hostel Facilities

2

I opted for hostel in first year, right now I am in second year and I left this facility, although I can share my first year experience, for first year, there is a Sarabhai building which is good with infrastructure, but after that, you are shifted to other hostels after completion of first year, I left because rooms are too small, another problem food quality is not good, I even founded plastics in food sometimes

Alumni/Alumna

Yes, many alumni come to college time to time to share their experiences after their graduation, so it is helpful for us.

Admission

I want to do Automobile engineering, here in this college, it was available, also I heard that this college has a very good reputation in Mechanical field, any other college was not offering this course in north in this much fees, so I have to prefer.

Faculty

3

Faculty is good, but not in every field, as I said automobile specific faculty members are very less, needs improvement, also there is no infrastructure which can sharpen our practical skills related to this subject, only one automobile lab is there and that also is not proper.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is highly relevant, focusing on practical knowledge for real-world prep, though more hands-on application and updated content would strengthen it. Exams occur 6 times yearly; they are tough but fair for the course.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because of its affordability and the teaching quality of this college is good . They helps in choosing the real life application based projects . Teaching methods are impressive but they don't provide notes . We have make notes by attending class regularly. Frequency and timings of exams are of 3 hrs. For each subject . Difficulty level is moderate and students can prepare it well in the gap days also .
