Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum involves engineering subjects such as power electronics and BEE in my case.if you pursue any other course the curriculum is related to that specific course such as computer science or civil engineering.B.Tech is of 4 years and there are 8 semester exams in these 4 years.It is not research driven.The personality and technical skill that they give made me a better professional.
Placement Experience
The placement of my college is quite low as the college is situated in hills and often companies hire from plains.but students of our college go for off campus placement and usually get hired.Also college provides internships and industrial tours.
College Events
Scintilla is our cultural fest held every year. Also a sports fest called spardha held annually. And some departmental fest like in our department it's called ignitron.Some other departmental fest such as kaivalya for computer science department Also conscirntia for biochemical department.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Our college is very feasible that is also a reason I got admission in this college.the semester fee is around 20k so it would cost around 40k a year.also a mess fees of around 13k is given in hostel.but this is feasible as compared to other engineering colleges.It accept fees through bank draft and online transfer through credit card or debit card.
Fees and Financial Aid
No I haven't applied for any scholarship But you can apply for tution fee waiver seats if fulfill a given criteria
Campus Life
The campus life is very friendly for first year you will be ragged pretty much but from second year things starts to become normal You have a good scope for extracurricular activities But robotics not so much scope if you are not too eager for that.Debates held in hostel rooms rather than in a stagem
Hostel Facilities
Yes It is compulsory in our college to be in hostel or either you have to take special permission Hostel rooms are not that good almirahs are clumsy toilets are in poor condition there are 4 hostels in every year of Btech.
Alumni/Alumna
Yeah alumni are very helpful if you know them personally.But they donate college regularly so we can't say much about them.But they are good if want a job
Admission
To get admission in our college You have to give jee main and score a good state rank if you are from Uttarakhand or a nice overall rank if you are from other states of India.I choose this course because it opens a lot of opportunities for me in nearby future. This college is a good place to learn and to make some awesome hostel memories.
Faculty
