Remarks

It is a good clg and. it is also good. Nature good working staff and with all the good security s.and it has van facility in our clg.But in this clg management I'd s the very useful and the good attractive nature.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Course curriculum was perfect as it included recent softwares which was new in outside world. For every subject of mine, they had a practical paper in which they taught the same theory thing with some softwares. Coming to exam, there were 4 exams. Cia1, cia2, cia3 and then end semester. Cia1 is basically a class test, cia2 is mid sem examination, cia3 was basically projects, seminars and some stuffs, and then finally we had end semester examinations.

Placement Experience

4

Placements and job opportunities is pretty good compared to other colleges as it's considered as one of the top colleges in bangalore. Good companies approach for placements with a proper pay package. For internship some companies come and take their students, but majority of the courses, you need to find your internship on your own.

College Events

4.5

There were many events which take place in christ over the year. Ethnic day, some intercollege events, intra college events, blossom, etc. In all the events, their main focus is on fun, learning and unity in diversity as we have students coming from different places like africa, america and all parts of India.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure was not that expensive. It was quite feasible compared to other colleges and courses. Even fee concession is provided to the students who perform exceptionally well and comes from poor families.

Fees and Financial Aid

There were many scholarships offered at the end of the course who were the topper of each course. Regarding loan, am not sure as I didnt avail or I didnt see anyone opting for loan as the fee was pretty minimal.

Campus Life

4

Coming to extra curricular activities, it had proper sports ground for every sport. Tournaments happen everytime with different competitors and all are encouraged to participate in sports. Labs were updated too with good hardwares. In short, all were good. Library is the best.

Hostel Facilities

4

No, i didnt go for hostel because I didnt get a room. It had waiting list. College hostel is pretty big and clean and its in demand though it doesnt provide food. It only has a microwave. But still its always crowded. It had attendance. High security. Separate hostel for boys and girls. It has prayer room, tv room, conference hall. Facilities are proper.

Alumni/Alumna

Not much aware on this topic, but still i would like to say that there's an alumni group where we get updates from our seniors and it helps to build and grow our network. But by my personal experience, not all the seniors use that portal. But ya, it is helpful if you know how to make use of that.

Admission

During my time, it was only merit and interview. But now, they have started taking an entrance exam with the merit and once passed the exam, the candidate will be called for personal interview. Once they pass the interview, you'll get admission.

Faculty

4.5

Faculty ot the college was awesome, as they covered the syllabus well before time of the examination. Once you study carefully in class, you wont need an extra tutor in home to explain you the same stuffs. They taught the concepts very clearly and always available for doubt clearing.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose Biotechnology because it is a multidisciplinary field. We get to study not only topics related to biotechnology but also biochemistry, bio physics, bio informatics, bio statistics, etc. Mostly everything that is essential for future exams is taught during the span of 3 years. The topics of the units are taught in depth but the questions asked during exams are comparatively easy as to what all we studied. The frequency of the exam is, 1 internal exam which consists of both mcqs and written exam, the semester exam for each semester and practical exams for each subject. If u have studied then you will be able to attempt the questions.

Placement Experience:

My college gives campus placement placement opportunities typically after 4th semester, which is the 2nd half of the 2nd year. As my college has a partnership with IBM so the standards of campus placement go right up as the placement depends on the curriculum performance of the student so can't really say much for this. If saying as a stalemate, getting a placement is basically confirmed if the student maintains his/her CGPA of 6-7, which shows the consistent of the student in their field.
