AIEEE My Rank: 30,000 my course B.Tech AIEEE is the national level exam. University Institute of Engineering & Technology is a GOVT. college inside the campus of Kurukshetra University. This college provides B.Tech/M.Tech degree in various deciplines. I opted for B.Tech - Electronics & Communication. In Haryana, UIET-KUK college stands in top five college at state level.

Electronics & Communication Engineering4 Years total: 8 Semester I opted for B.Tech Electronics & Communication Engineering. It is a 4 years program which is divided in 8 semesters in 1st years, course remains same for almost all branches post 2nd year, specialisation starts.

College was not providing internship stipend in 2009 but they started later all students have to go for a 2 months of summer training most of the students go for any computer center training or in many organisations like NTPC/BSNL/CSIO etc.

Accenture; 3 LPA I paced in Accenture with a package of 3 lakhs per annum placement opportunities are excellent in this college although in beginning opportunities were very less this college started in 2008 it has been more than 7 years now it has very good reputation at state level.

College celebrate two events per annum one is exclusively cultural event & other is tech cultural event beside this university celebrates Haryana Day on 1st November it is a 3 days state level cultural fest other departments of University keep organising many fests we can attend any fests/conference irrespective of department.

Annual Fee in 2009: 35000/- per annum now it is around 50-60 K per annum hostel accommodation is very cheap 333/- per month for room rent + around 1200/- per month for food beside this Kurukshetra city also not so expensive.

Scholarship is available only for university topper no other scholarship for students as it is a Govt reputed college so loan facility also available from almost all bank i know about SBI/PNB which offers loan to students.

Campus life is very good no security issue neat & clean campus extracurricular activities participate any number of cultural/technical fests enjoy the sports events also labs you can go even in night also in labs.

Hostel accommodation very good. I'll rate it as 4.5/5 Mess food average only veg food no NON-VEG good.

Right now there is no online alumani network provision but people are connected via facebook group pages people are connected via Linked in also but in fact I don't think that alumni network is so good in this college.

In a semester there are 5-6 subjects each subject contains 4 units e xam structure total 8 questions divided into 4 units attempt any 5 questions atleast one question form each unit.

Very good faculty of college was very good almost all lecturers were at permanent position & well qualified ECE Hod was also very friendly & intellectual person.
