My College Review

College management is somewhat good, not best but they do best as per their capacity.

My Course is BTech in Civil Engineering. It took 4 years to complete consist of 8 semesters. Odd semester exam held in December & Even Semester in May/ Examination result appear in 1-2 month later. Industrial Visit is CONDUCTED for students of 2nd year. Campus placement is currently quite poor which need to be improved. Course is quite interesting, you will definitely love it. When you go in lab, you experience will totally wow about that things which make course to learn more interesting.

Placement is not so much good. Very Few companies visit. Package is around 3-4 lakhs per annum. In civil, prism Johnson visit my campus. They took around 2-3 students only.

Technical Event - Techmiti organised by our college technical club MOXIE. Many Cultural Event organized by JUNNON CLUB. UDGAM Organized by Sports Club. In my Civil Department, there is one MITRA Club organised many workshops on Disaster Management. Many kinds of workshop organised for student and for outsiders.

You need to pay 3260 for examination per semester. If your hosteler then you need to pay around 4200 per month (1200 for Hostels and 3000 for mess per month ) for mess and hostel. THAT means you need to pay 28500 per semester ( 6months). In whole 4 years it costs you around 2. 27 lacs.

No, but many friends have applied for it. Scheme is from BIHAR govt. It is student credit card scheme.

Gender ration is 1:5 (boys: girls). In my campus all essential labs are there. All academic labs are there. 4computer labs are there, 1 Research are there. 3 grounds are there for playing cricket, football, volleyball. There is 2 badminton court too. UDGAM is popular sport event organised in FEBRUARY each year.

Yes, I am residing in college Hostel. For 1st year room is of 4 seating( boys), 2nd year room of 3 seating. In 3rd year you have 1/3 seating. 4th year all room are for single seating. 1 Hostel are for 1st year students, 2 Hostel for 2nd, 3rd, 4th year each and 1 Girls Hostel. That means total 8 Hostels in my campus.

Alumini meet organised rarely, event many meets occur out of campus city, so from interaction point of view it is little among us.

At my time, I fill the form of BCECE 2018, I took the examination, In that examination I got GENERAL RANK 28, Then I do online counselling, in 1st Round. I got Civil Engineering in MIT MUZAFFARPUR WHICH is my first choice. Currently process is same only difference is that merit list is issued on the basis of JEE MAINS score conducted by CBSE.

In my Course(Civil), there are 19 Faculties with average age around 40. Around Total 70 faculties in my campus. They all are experienced. Few are New comers too. They are from TEQIP. Few Faculties are from BPSC. THEIR teaching style is an awesome. They provide good clarity to the subject. Best part of Engineering, is practical which is best demonstrated by our faculties in lab.
