Miranda House is the no 1 college of India consecutively from last four years. The NSS volunteers were there on the help desk to help students. Teachers and staff were very supportive. There 6 stages of admission process from matching the marks from cut off to verification of document, choosing of the subject, taking principal's sign to fees payment. The campus environment is safe and helps in overall growth. The faculty is very supportive and friendly.

Miranda is known for its discipline and dedication of teachers to their purpose. There was internals on a regular basis. Student-teacher ratio was 20 or 30:1 I guess. The faculty is highly qualified and master in their field both in terms of knowledge and experience. Their insights give you exposure to the outer world. Political Science Hons is a given course which helps to make you master with analytical perspective in the field of political systems, works and functioning of society.

The internship offers varying from local businesses to MNC's like DSHAW are offered to students. Even different projects associated with NGO and govt functioning body like NITI AAYOG is also offered.

From the first year, you can register with the placement cell. Internships are available from various fields from creative writing to being campus ambassador with brands like Red Bull and Pepsi etc. The job prospects are also good. But the avg salary per annum id low according to the brand value of a college.

The fees are affordable. On a yearly basis, we are charged 12.000 rupees which include all the other fees like lab fees, examination fees etc. There is no such fees hike in recent year. The hostel is also affordable, it is 20,000 -30,000 per sem. The scholarship is given on an economical basis both for academics and hostel. The placement cell is very active and keeps on sending various job profiles for internship. The stipend for full time job varies from 3 lakhs - 7 lakhs per annum.

There are Acs in big classrooms. College also provides lift facility for a physically disabled student. The no of washrooms is also sufficient. The college has 2 storey library with books on almost all topics. The annual fest Tempest is one of the most celebrated and famous fests of University of Delhi. All dept also have their own fest each year.
