Remarks

It's a quality college with good teachers and the environment in and around is great. The college provides with many opportunities other than only academics which is a great place for each and every student to be known by her or his passion or hobbies and can pursue to better jobs

Course Curriculum Overview

The academic faculties are way too good for the fact that they treat all of us as their mates and friends and not as students and understand our situation and help us out. The microbiology faculty is great one because it understand the students and even the botany department is very helpful.

Placement Experience

Placements are provided to many good students. there are different opportunities even for part time jobs and it give us all a good opportunity to work in every field and then decide about what to choose for our future.

College Events

Their are number of events happening in the college which keeps it fun and many extra curricular activities are conducted. Many of the factors help us understand ourselves better and these activities even allow us to open up to more people around.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose Biotechnology because it is a multidisciplinary field. We get to study not only topics related to biotechnology but also biochemistry, bio physics, bio informatics, bio statistics, etc. Mostly everything that is essential for future exams is taught during the span of 3 years. The topics of the units are taught in depth but the questions asked during exams are comparatively easy as to what all we studied. The frequency of the exam is, 1 internal exam which consists of both mcqs and written exam, the semester exam for each semester and practical exams for each subject. If u have studied then you will be able to attempt the questions.

Placement Experience:

from 6th semester students are eligible for placement. multiple MNCs come for placements like deloitte, berger, reliance, ernst and young, etc. highest packasge is around 9 lakhs pa and median package is about 3.5 lakhs pa. maximum students who sit for placement gets placed. i will be pursuing masters degree after my bachleors.

The Campus Story : the lands of horror.

Placement Experience:

My college gives campus placement placement opportunities typically after 4th semester, which is the 2nd half of the 2nd year. As my college has a partnership with IBM so the standards of campus placement go right up as the placement depends on the curriculum performance of the student so can't really say much for this. If saying as a stalemate, getting a placement is basically confirmed if the student maintains his/her CGPA of 6-7, which shows the consistent of the student in their field.
