I consider my college to be very decent and an appropriate one to be studied at.

The course and the exam structure is well organised. Its emphasis on the overall development of a student. There are many societies organised in the college to develop basic skills in many various fields. The college has a well-organised schedule which keeps us indulged in learning new activities.

The college has quite a good placement record. As such I'm in the first year, so I have not availed any internship yet. And the internship of my course is in 8th semester. But the companies that visit the campus for the purpose are as follows Amazon, Microsoft, DE Shaw, JP Morgan, Infosys, etc.

There are many fests and events organised on the campus. Many societies are there to learn many skills. Like Toastmasters, Thapar Food Festival, Sur Nite, Urja, Izhaar and there's a team named as Frosh which helps you to get known to the campus and various facilities.

Appropriate online mode has been adopted for the processing of fee. The fee for various courses differ. The fee for my course is 17.07 lacs for the entire course of four years. This excludes the mess fees. The fee could be paid through modes like Credit cards, debit cards, Net Banking, etc.

I do not know about the loan but the college does provide scholarship for the students who excel and get a CGPA of 10. Also, who previously excelled in their JEE exams.

The extracurricular activities are very good over here. One can easily access any of the activity. Many competitions are organised on inter and intra levels. Many things related to one's course is available here. Also, there's no discrimination on any basis.

Yes, I have opted for the hostel. My hostel is G. Here the hostels are allotted according to the year we are studying in. For girls, They have Hostel G and hostel E. For the second year we can opt for PG hostel or I hostel and for the third year we can opt for Hostel I or Hostel and for final years and postgraduates, we have Iconic hostel (N hostel ).

Everyone in college is very helpful. Also, the seniors mark as a great source of knowledge and have never exploited us.

I'm in computer engineering. I got my admission through Boards. There are two modes. Most percentages of the seats of the students are processed through the exam of JEE. I opted this course as it has great opportunities in future. Also, the institution provides great exposure.

The college has excellent faculty. There are 3 subjective lectures of each subject per week. Additional tutorials are organised for the clearance of doubts and practical labs are organised for the knowledge purpose. We are free to clear our doubt from any TA or professor.
