Definitely a good rating that is what Symbiosis is meant for. If you ever wanted a well diversified college it is Symbiosis.
Course Curriculum Overview
While taking the admission in college we were offered two foreign languages French and Germany. Apart from that information technology was another subject which was offered to us as an optional subject. Germany is the subject which I opted for In the end after many consultation and today I am working in a German co. Roedl and Partner.
Placement Experience
Many companies visited during campus placement like Infosys TCS etc. There were three rounds in the recruitment drive. 1st was written test, 2nd was group discussion and 3rd was one on one discussion with the management. Post discussion few selected candidates were selected for the job.
College Events
Symbiosis is know for students from various region and there comes the cultural event of symbiosis. one of the best cultural event it hosts amongst all the other colleges. Symbiosis also celebrates various days in college through which most of the students interact with each other and some become friends for life.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The college fee was very much reasonable. I had paid approx 11k to 15k during the entire tenure. This includes the syllabus course fee plus library fees plus IT fees. Library host a variety of books a person can take any number of books from the library for self development.
Fees and Financial Aid
No I have not opted for any scholarship or education loan. Generally symbiosis has tie up with SBI for taking the education loan.
Campus Life
So symbiosis has a equal gender ratio with broad minded people in it. The campus life is one the happening life in Pune. Most of the people are found In the campus all the time or the canteen which was one of the largest college canteen in Pune. Further symbiosis also host annual sports days in which everyone is mandated to participate.
Hostel Facilities
Yes I have also opted for hostel for 2 years. The rooms were available to 2 person per room. The room at my time was 10000 per month. Apart from that food was available in canteen at their respective prices listed there.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes very helpful. We have already created a WhatsApp group and we all are in constant connect with each other and keep ourselves well updated about the people in different streams so that we can all grow together.
Admission
It is one of the seventh best college of India. Admission process was an easy process, just got the admission basis the merit list. After getting the list on the notice board we were told to make the payments to nationalised bank which was just below the college.
