My brother attended this college and based on his opinion, I preferred this college. The college had great placements and it helped entrepreneurs who wanted to make it real.

The faculties are really helpful. And back when I studied they followed CUSAT.

The placements here are really great. Regular companies visit here like Infosys and directi. Located in Kochi, the campus has an advantage for placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarships are available for eligible students. Don't know more about that, but if you want to fund your projects. The college helps you a lot.

The campus life is just great. The diversity is just amazing here. And the infrastructure is pretty great.

Interview Experience

There was PI for the admissions and the overall experience was great. They shortlist you based on the Kerala entrance and when shortlisted, you go for PI.

Placement Experience:

we are eligible for placement from the 7th sem. Many famous and small compines vist our college. Infosys, WIPRO, TCS vist our college. But the big companies take only few student. Highest package was 1,00,000. And the average package is around 4,00,000. Almost all students gets placed from the campus .

My Experience at NIT Calicut

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the EEE course curriculum around 8-8.5 /10 in terms of relevance.The curriculum provides strong fundamentals in core electrical engineering subjects and prepares students well for core jobs and higher studies.The course curriculum was revised in 2023, and our batch is the 1st batch under the new curriculum. however, there are still limited coding ,AI and data science subjects in EEE ,which could be improved. Exams are conducted times per semester and are generally moderately difficult.
