Course Curriculum Overview
I am pursuing M.com from Gour Banga university and i found the structure of the curriculum student oriented that means that you will not feel like as if you are being given a lot more work that you can handle.The curriculum is well researched so that no element of the course is left ununderstood. The exams are conducted only twice a semester and enough time is given for the preparation.The final examination is conducted for three hours
Placement Experience
The majority of the students get placed at the organisations that come to campus for placements.The college has a placement cell specially designed for this. You are offered a decent salary with great post at reputed companies.You need not worry about the placements.
Fee Structure And Facilities
I am a current student at the university and with all the facilities that they are offering the fees does not seem much.I am paying Rs 5,800 per year which is affordable and economical at the same time.You can't get any other better college who offers you PG course at such a low cost with the facilities.
Campus Life
There are a lot of extra curricular activities that take place . December and January are the two months in which most of the activities are organised like debates,quizzes and exhibitions etc. A number of sports competition are also conducted like cricket,football etc.These activities are fun to participate to.
Admission
The admission in the college is solely based on merit list.First you need to get yourself registered by filling out an application form available on the official website. You are given admission on the basis of the marks obtained in your graduation. The university then releases the merit list if you make a cut then you can get your documents verified and submit the fees. Since the admission is based on the cut off thee competition is tough.
Faculty
The faculty can't be any better at my college. Each member of the faculty is qualified and experienced.They know how to make the students understand with ease.They keep a close track of your grades and make sure that your consistent and if they feel like you can do better then they will definitely push you to do better
