Remarks

All the seniors are supportive in nature and also seniors are friendly. They all help us when we stuck some works during college days and also in our practical skill. They provide us with notes also

Course Curriculum Overview

Master of Science course is a 4 semester course with many subjects of opt from. These subjects are with specializations in Botany, Chemistry, Physics, Zoology, Mathematics, Computer Science, and Physiology.

Placement Experience

College took a lot of effort to make the batch industry-ready. More than 60% were placed in my course. The highest package was around 5 Lacs, the lowest was around 1.8 Lacs. Almost everyone of us got an internship from this course in various famous companies.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure lies at the lower level. You don't have to be financially very rich so as to study here as the college has a very low demand of fee. Most students get scholarships because of their merit

Campus Life

There are a lot of events happening in the college organized by various societies (or student organization) in the college and these famous cultural events also see high participation from nearby colleges

Admission

You must possess an Undergraduate Degree with no back logs in hand. Forms are available on the college website with due notice. The advertisements regarding the same are published in daily nationals as well.

Most of the teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Some have a different method of solving the same question and faculty teaches very well. Most of them are knowledgeable and hence students are provided with the best knowledge

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

1. Students generally get eligible for campus placements from the 3rd semester of the M.Sc. course. 2. Deperments like Biotechnology,Botany,Zoology have placement support. 3. Companies coming to campus like TCS,Wipro,Deloitte,Biocon,Pfizer. 4. Deperments with strong placement cells secure 10-15 offers per company, depending on batch size. 5. 8-10LPA Highest package offered by Leading companies and 4-5LPA Average package offered by companies. 6. 60-80% of students getting placements. i am interested in Ph.D. programs for research positions.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

It's my decision from class 12 that I will do civil engineering, so I chose the civil branch, the course curriculum is well and the teaching level is good but the main problem is lab, there is very limited classes for lab, so I think they should improve there.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
