Remarks
The overall environment of the college is very safe and secure and it provides the best education from the best teaching staff. All the students are very supportive towards each other and do not consider each other as competition, the college is best for the pharmaceutical education.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course is two years along with four semesters and each semester had 4 to 5 subjects. The last year is usually the Internship year. Apart from the core courses we are supposed to study non-core subjects as English. The internal and external are conducted at the end of each semester with the practicals.
Placement Experience
The college arranges placements at the end of second year when they known and popular companies from different pharmaceutical backgrounds come to interview us. The selection is on the basis of merit and academic performances. Usually 70% of the students are placed by the campus placement cell, the teachers give recommendation letters for students pursuing different companies.
College Events
The college host all the cultural events, national holidays like Independence Day and Republic Day, annual day, sports day, ceremonies like spikeMcKay. All the students take part in these events and participate with great enthusiasm. The campus is always light it up and the diversity is seen as unity.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees is submitted annually through demand draft or credit cards or debit cards or E challan methods. The fees is a little bit expensive with first year at Rs.95,000 inclusive of the security deposit and the second year at rupees approximately 60,000. The total course is around 1,75,000. This does not include the hostel fees.
Campus Life
The college is nicely constructed with large playgrounds and multipurpose halls which are all spacious enough for students to carry out their activities. The labs are equipped with latest technology including all the drugs and chemicals, the libraries with the latest text book and references book. Overall the college has a very friendly environment.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel buildings are beautifully constructed with boys and girls hostels separately. The block has several small grounds and gardens with beautiful infrastructure. The wash rooms are cleaned regularly, the rooms have all the equipment like a bed, a table and cupboard. The food is served in the mess at strict timings and is always healthy and delicious. Overall the hostel environment is friendly, safe and secure.
Alumni/Alumna
The graduate seniors used to come every year and tell us about their experiences in their respective fields and job profiles. The alumni is very helpful and friendly, they never judge and always support us in our major projects. The meetings used to health in the multipurpose hall followed by the ceremony of honour given to the ex-seniors.
Admission
I applied to this college through their official website where the application form was available at Rs.3000. After filling up the academic details I was called upon the campus for the personal interview session and finalised my admission by submitting the first year fees. The eligibility was 50% in your bachelors or at graduation level.
Faculty
The faculty at the college are very cooperative and helpful. They all are fluent in English which leads to no communication gap. All the teachers are well-known doctorates and PhD holders in their respective fields. They guide us along the curriculum with their experiences.
