Remarks
University was established in 2010. In very few years university got praised for their infrastructure. University had different cells to look through several fields like Anti Ragging cell, Training Placement cell etc. Health care unit was available in the hostel for emergency.
Course Curriculum Overview
In Anthropology students needs to study every subject because anthropology deals with evolution of humans and for this you need to study every aspect of human in history, geography, biology etc. We had several new topics to study in Masters. They were interesting but difficult.
Placement Experience
I wanted to do PhD after my masters thus I didn't look for any job offers in the university. Yet there was huge no of offers for all the students. Different research organisation came for recruitment. Salary was average.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure of MA was the least in compare to all other stream fee. I only paid 3420 rupees as a charge for one year. I really not expecting fees to be this low honestly when I was researching on the university. Infrastructure of this university was just excellent
Campus Life
We had several facilities in the university. Laboratory of Anthropology was so good. It had every equipment we needed for learning. Sports management organised different kinds of sports competitions in university level. During annual fest we enjoyed alot.
Admission
I had 9.5 GPA in my graduation which was quite enough for getting admission here. I filled university's form from thier website and submitted my scorecard with that. When the university cut-off released it was 8.8 GPA. I was really happy on becoming the part of this university
Faculty
The faculties. I have nothing to say about them. They were extraordinary. I never found any moment in my two years where I didn't get mesmerized from their personality. My Dean of PG Arts section was Prof.Sonali Mukherjee. She was just like a gem for the university.
