Remarks

The best aspect of the college is its extremely low fee requirement hwich makes education accessible and affordable by all the sections of society. The education is also very good and the students are rained well for future prospects.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum for B.A English is pretty simple and is stretched over three years and divided into six semesters. The exam are conducted at th need of each semester. The labs are for practical skills and knowledge.

Placement Experience

The college provides some internships for the students with good stipend. There are some placement opportunities are are quite good. There are many workshops ns seminars to train the students for placements and interviews.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The total fess for the three year BA course is 5,090 rupees. The fees for the first year is 1,830 rupees, for second and third year it's 1,630 rupees each. The fee is extremely feasible and can easily be afforded by all the students.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are loan facilities available;e for all the students. The students can also apply for educational loans at their respective personal banks. The college also has academic scholarships for students every year.

Campus Life

There are extracurriculars for the students to help them relax. We also celebrate national festivals like independence and republic day in college. There are also other cultural events celebrated. The atmosphere is also peaceful.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel provided by the college is very good. There are separate buildings for boys and girls. The hotel rooms are also very good and the food provided is hygienic. The hotel fee is 2000 rupees for each month, including all amenities.

Admission

After passing 12th grade, I applied at this college by filling out the application form online. After which I had to get my documents verified by the college. The admission are based on merit list and the process is simple.

Faculty

The faculty of our college is very dedicated towards us education and academic performance. The lecturers are very qualified in their jobs and have good effective methods for teaching their respective subjects.

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
