Better opting after top IITs

College management is ok. There is student bodies which are elected by the students for dealing with this people.

I wrote AIEEE exam of 2010 to admit to this institute. I got a state rank of 325 which helped me admit into this college since I am from the same state. After top IITs like Bombay and all Nit calicut is one of the best options for computer science which has good professors and infrastructures like super computer etc. Which is not available in most of the other colleges.

The courses are matching with the contemporary technologies that are required for a graduate like data mining, big data, artificial intelligence etc. Also you will get chances to choose electives a lot so that you can always choose you're favorite subject. Even for electives you will get the chances to select the electives using voting system from many different options.

Many banking and technical companies came for the intern. Some of them in the it sector are sap, PayPal, Amazon, golman sach etc. Most of them will give job opportunities as well. The stipend is also good as well.

Most of the time computer science students will get 100% placements. And will get the chances to wrote exam from the top companies like Google, etc. But direct recruitment to outside india is very rare.

Ragam, cultural festival of the college is the second largest event on its category in South India. Tathva, the tech fest is also one of the popular. Also there are many clubs which hosts functions monthly.

In our time fees was very low. 35000 per year. Also hostel fees are also cheep. Mess fees is also very less. Mess fees was around 2500 per month. Hostel room fees was around 100 per month.

There are many scholarships offered by the institute as well as alumina and many other organisations. Even full coverage of tuition as well as hostel fees are covered. Some are e-grandz, mes scholarship etc. You can even get to know about this facility by visiting the college website

There are around 15 of clubs in the campus with most of them are very active. Some are literary and debating club, ISTE, DANCE AND DRAMATICS, ROBOTICS interesting people club etc. all of them are very active. All these club will through many activities, workshops, tests mostly in every month.

There are many different kinds of messes as well as hostels. North Indian as well as south Indian. Even single rooms hostels are available with very little amount of money.

There are alumni groups in the official website and in other social media of nitc. But it is not upto the mark. But there are many notable persons in different part of the world with very heart positions.

As a deemed university exams are structured my the professors. Exams and lab activities will be like medium for computer science while for other branches, it will be hectic.

The professors of the college was one of the best in this field in India. Professors in the field of algorithm, compilers, etc. But only draw back is there are many adhoc facilties as well which are not upto the mark which might take basic courses.
