Gour Banga university offers a 2-year (4 Semester) course with specialization in Arabic, Bengali, Economics, English, Education, Geography, History, Science, Sanskrit, Political, Sociology, and Philosophy.

Very good placements from the past few years. As many as 15 companies arrived on campus. Almost 65% of the batch was placed. Average package is around 3 Lacs per annum and incentives are pretty good.

Not so high fee structure is demanded by the college. In-fact college is reasonably cheap when it comes to fee structure. They also provide scholarships for students who find it difficult in paying the fee of the course.
