Course Curriculum Overview
The course was three years long with six semesters. The external and internal were conducted at the end of each semester with the practical taken. The labs were equipped with all the chemicals and we performed the practical examination there. The curriculum was very relaxing but requires a lot of hard work.
Placement Experience
The college used to arrange placements at the end of 3rd year and we were asked to fill the placement form for the admission. The companies like Bayer crop science, BI industries etc came to interview and the selection was on the basis of self merit and academic performance. 55% of the students used to get placed through campus.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees was very feasible and for the first year was around ?5500/- and the total course fees was less than ?20,000. The payment was in the form of demand draft, card payments and no cash was accepted to the college.
Campus Life
The college was beautifully constructed and had huge playgrounds were sports like cricket, hockey, football could be played. The labs were fully equipped with all the latest chemicals and equipment. The library had all the facilities and books available. There was a lot of diversity at the college and more girls were present than the boys. Overall the environment of the college was very friendly.
Admission
I got the admission to the college through my 12th board examinations and applied to the institute through their official website where the application form was available. After submitting the required documents I was called up on the campus for the counselling session and got my admission confirmed.
Faculty
The faculty of the college was very helpful and they used to guide us along the curriculum. They were known and acknowledged nobles who were PhD holders in respective fields. The teachers used to provide guidance and recommendation letters to the students for the future use and scope.
