Course Curriculum Overview

My course revolved around the history, present, and future of English as a language. We studied literature of amazing authors, both historical and modern. In these 3 years, I have learnt a lot about English.

Placement Experience

This is a basic educational institution and there are no internship or placement opportunities. The college although, teaches and guides us in such a way that we are not afraid to step out in the world and make our mark.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Every year's fees was Rs.6,210 and the total course fees was Rs.18,630. I had also applied to other colleges but the reason I chose this one was the low fees as I don't belong to a financially strong background.

Campus Life

The college motivates students and help them refine their skills through different competitions. They also celebrate plantation day and critical thinking days for us. It has been an amazing journey these 3 years.

Admission

The admission process for this college was that the students should have scored at least 60% marks in 12th with 50% marks in mathematics. The students should have passed the same from a recognized board. After this, the students have to face a counselling session.

Faculty

My teachers were supportive and helpful. They taught all the lessons, poems, and grammar skills with great enthusiasm and love. I remember having a nervous breakdown due to the exams and assignment pressure but my teachers always guided me and pulled me out of it.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
