Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum for the chemistry department is the best. It gave me the apt knowledge about physical , inorganic and organic chemistry. We were taught from the basic that included subjects like atomic structure,Solutions and colligative properties, chemical thermodynamics and many more.
Placement Experience
As such very less placements are given to students in our college. Internships are also not provided here. But the MSc degree holder in Chemistry can get various jobs like Analytical Biomedical Chemist, Food & Drug Inspector, Industrial Research Scientist,. Lab Chemist and many more.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is very feasible here. The total cost of the full three year course is very less as compared with other colleges that offers the same degree. The total course charged me approx INR 10,220/- . The yearly fee is approximately 3,600/- which includes various other fees like tuition fee of INR 1020/-, admission fee of INR 85/- and other fees of INR 2495/-.
Campus Life
We have well equipped classrooms, conference hall and laboratories for the research work. Many other facilities like cafeteria , hostel ,library gymnasium are also provided by the college. Many cultural activities like debate, recitation,music quiz, freshers welcome and annual social function are organized in the college itself. The NCC and NSS are two most important clubs of our college.
Admission
The admission procedure here is very manageable as, you just need to fill an online application and the seats are allotted to students on the basis of merit released by the college. I easily secured a seat for myself in this college and was further asked to submit various documents.
Faculty
We have a total of 50-55 faculty members in our college.They are highly educated and gives the best quality education to every student. For the chemistry department we have a total of 6 teachers from the teaching department and 1 lab attendant.
