Remarks

Campus life is very exciting. We conduct most events like national moot Court competition, annul function, saraswati puja, farewell parties, legal fest, these all held in our college. College surrounding is also very pleasant.

Course Curriculum Overview

Our college has LLB course this course is 3 yrs of duration with 6 semester. Final exam is marks of 70 and 20 marks for mid semester and 10 marks for assignment. Hence, we have BALLB this course duration is 5 yrs with 10 semester and 2 assignments in last yrs.

Placement Experience

There are some private companies that come to our college. Yes our college provides internship through government officials like senior citizens forum, human rights commission, women commission or any district forum. But no stipend provided in these internships

Fee Structure And Facilities

As it is government college its fee is very feasible that can be easily given. 2500 is fee that we include our library, cultural fee, sports fee, seminars fee etc. So there is not any kind of worry about fee.

Campus Life

As per the LLB course, the college has computer labs and moot courts. Moot courts are dumy courts where we practice the cases as if we are in the real courts. We also have moot court competition a and MUNs.

Admission

For admission you must clear your 12th exams. And there is a entrance exam affiliated by utkal University to get admission in this college. Hence, it is a government college, so it is must to have a entrance exam.

Faculty

Our faculty is very good. They are very much experienced and they can provide facilities to help students. Hence, teachers held some extra classes for students if he or she has any doubts about the topic.

Placement Experience:

So from 7th semester plcements are starting.Various Tech and Non Tech companies are also coming like TCS ,Accenture, Cognizant, Delloitte, InfoSys, KFinTech, Incture, GyanSys, Iserveu for Tech branches. and PRADAN, Aditya Birla etc for Non tech branches. Students also getting offers from OffCampus like RedHat ,CISCO ,Amazon ,Google. From On Campus Highest Package goes upto 12 to 15LPA and lowest is 4.5 but average is 5 to 6 LPA which is comperable. And about almost all are who are opting for placements got placed eventually.

After 6th semester the students get eligible for company placement. There are huge companies visited every year for the placement and many big MNCs like Amazon offers 100seats , Wipro offers 200, detollite offers 100, microsoft offers 10, ITC offers 150 , Infosys offers 300, TCS offers 200, Flipkart offers 150 and many more . Every year almost 80% of the students get placed at a good company with a minimum of 4 lakhs . After getting the degree I am planning to get placed in a multi national company like Amazon or Microsoft

See basically you placement depends on you .If you work hard you will get placed with a good package.In our college last year the avg package for CSE was around 13 Lakh per annum and highest was about 39 lakh per annum.Companies like Amazon,oracle Microsoft etc visited our college .After 4 th or 5 th semester i Think we are all capable of getting placed .

In 5th semester the campus is coming to give you jobs. The company are vedant ltd, jsw, tata, reliance etc, outside companies also come. Maruti Suzuki. 60 to 70 per cent of students gate the job. I am also job junior engineer at Tata.

Courses and instructors are good, but don't expect a rocking campus life here.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this college without planning as I couldn't get a desired seat in IIT. But I think it was for good. The course is a wonderful primer on the path of becoming a scientist. Compared to other colleges, IISER Berhampur has a quite good faculty: student ratio. But most of them are pretty good as people and as teachers. We manage to conduct all classes without fail. But I'd like to see an increase in the number so that the research area can be broadened. The faculty here have all completed their Ph.D. and postdoc and all have some good prior experience in research and teaching. I like most of the instructors that have taught me except for a few one or two. The exam schedule is given right with the calendar release of each semester before the semester starts. Sometimes there might be changes in the schedule but we are informed around 2-3 weeks earlier in that case. Exams are not hard to pass if you attend classes and study sincerely. Questions are not asked beyond the concepts being taught.

Life at BGU

Placement Experience:

After the summer internship. The college started giving campus placement training and during the month of September, students got placement already. Companies like TATA AIG, Collegedunia, Federal Bank, Delloite, ADP, TCI, SIS, HDFC AMC. IDFC BANK. Practo, ADVARISK, AXIS BANK. Property pistol came and took a maximum of students. The highest package was offered by international companies like property pistol with 22 lac CTC and average being 5lacs. Mostly the profile was on sales and marketing. only a few fintech companies could recruit students. Till now around 96% of students are placed in different domains and already started working. I am fortunate enough to get placed in the FEDERAL bank with 10lac CTC and as a fresher joining such a big company will be extremely grateful to the college and its placement team. They personally look after students drawback by the feedback they get from the recruitment teams and suggest where to improve and give a number of opportunities to seat for the company.

All are good,but only fooding quality is below the level.And also it does not have any playground available to play outdoors games.only it have not a playground but this college have good class room,WiFi campus, Computer centre,canteen, language lab and hostel are there.

University Law Collehe Bhubaneswar is Indistinct!!

NLUO was the one where I tried but entrance was such that less seats and steep competition so couldn't made it there. NLU's are my first choice and NALSAR definitely. Dur to reserved system, even after a rank of 7800, i couldn't find myself a seat.
