Remarks

Over any college I have selected this because of faculty, Infrastructure, safety and distance. It is in central delhi near District court and in the centre of many reputed organization so I think it's safe for girls also it's only girls college, if you are not comfortable in Co-ed than this would be a best choice. Admission process is simple , student are only allowed in the college while admission process no guardians are allowed, you will feel independent and responsible during the whole process. I think it's safe , secure and studies are also good.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

I have selected this course as I have interest in this from the very beginning. Faculty is good and delivery of lectures are concentrated and responsible. Also in the very first year teachers are very helpful and guide in every step whether it's motivation for joining society , election, fresher competition or anything. They will guide you through anything. Exams will be in December for odd semester and May for even semester. And internals are in March and September. It's not very difficult to get good marks all you have to do is focus and self study.

Internships Opportunities

4

Yes it offers so many internship opportunity but mostly volunteer-ship and for campus ambassador. Stipend is mostly depends on the task.

Placement Experience

3

Just after the fifth semester you will be eligible for placement if you have scored 60% above in all semesters. Placement is good but mostly night shift and customer service type jobs are offered. Students can also go in any walk in interview in any college or in organisation. If any college is open for any student from any college so you can go there too. Till March starting around 6-7 companies come only and after that due to pandemic it can't happened. Highest 8lac are offered and there is nothing like seats if you are eligible then apply and pass the interview. From Wipro and one other from gurugram offered highest package. Around 40% hardly get placement. I have chosen for MBA program.

Fees and Financial Aid

For my course fees was 18500 in the first year , 18000 in second and in the last year 17000. So according to the year it will go on decreasing. On comparison of other colleges of Delhi University yes Mata sundri's fees are high but security and huge auditorium, big canteen , i think it's not a bad choice. Scholarship are given only to those who have scored highest marks or around 9 cgpa if there financial condition are not good then only , it's your choice that you want to have it or not. Many internship opportunity will come you have to choose on your own but according to me internshala is good for internship. College provide mostly volunteer-ship.

Campus Life

4

Fest are called Saarang here which are to be held in Feb last or starting of March but college don't have much space or don't have any ground so I didn't liked it so much also no boys entry so fun and enjoyment is not that good. I think for fest you should choose north campus. Books are easily available in the library itself sometimes you can also ask to teachers if you are in emergency they are good and helpful. Also a salesman is mostly available just outside of the college gate so you can easily purchase from him on 15% discount. Environment in classroom is fair it will only depend on the classmates you have and the teacher you are teaching you. Not that much but yeah lil bit fun is there between the conversation of teacher and student. Sports day is held in March but the sports ground is small so I didn't liked it . Co-curricular activities are good and are happened time to time. I think for this college is good and perfect choice.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well i choose this course because I didn't got what I wanted. Many students are from arts background who got this course because they had no option. The curriculum is same as school all chapters and everything. The law section is new. About buisness and law and everything. Rest is same. Changes in curriculum is not in their hands. But if they could actually change the accounting syllabus. The timing of exams is normal 2:30 to 6:30. And internal test taken by perspective teacher are according to their time and class. They will take retest incase you didn't attended.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really was interested in finance and taxation from the beginning. This course aligned rightly with my interests. The curriculum is based on real world applications. Corporate accounting, financial accounting, company law, human resource management, these are very important considering change in the job market and business world. Not only real world applications but one can also go for further academic pursuit such as a master's degree and research. This makes the curriculum really diverse. Some areas of suggestions would be that in theory subjects there should be practical activities. Just like vestibular training. The time of exams is just right. After the completion of syllabus of a particular subject, we are given 10 days of preparation leave. The exams are moderate and it really tests our ability and knowledge based on our studies.

For placements fifth semester student are eligible for placements. Since it is best commerce college. Companies like big 4, google, bank of America, Goldman Sachs, bcg, bain and co., Sbi, paytm, meesho and many more comes. The highest package was 36 LPA this year from meesho for senior analyst roles. Average package is 10 LPA. Most of the placements take place in consulting, marketing, auditing, finance and analyst roles. Around more than 50% of the students get placed. My plan is to take placements in consulting and finance roles after the degree from the college.

The placement is quite good the percentage of students is not same always it changes but only those students with proper knowledge, experience, skills get good placement. There is a proper placement cell for this which is very active. Prepare for government exams (SSC, UPSC, etc.) Go for higher education (PG, B.Ed., MBA, etc.) Enroll in skill-based or professional certification courses outside college

The placement of my college is good if you perform well in the process of selection, as I told earlier, the placement cell is pretty active, so you would have a good number of options. I will be naming the good companies that visited my college, they were EY, Deloitte, DE SHAW, TCS, KPMG, etc. Numerous offers were made and I would say over 80% students in my batch got placed in good companies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In open learning management.. they provide hard copy of books tk prepare whole semester and this is a very good thing because those books are covering whole semester in some books only and there is a v good thing I found... At the end of every chapter they provide summaries and mock questions for every chapter to analyse the weakness and strength. the areas for improvements in the Course Curriculum and Teaching Methods--- they should also provide a mock test paper as per the paper model and latest questions or updated topics with to the point topics The difficulty is normal if candidate is completely prepared...

But this college has one of the very best cricket team and one of our student named Mayank dagar is leading Indian National under-19 team. So I think you understand the impact.
