It is India's first Ayurveda University. It has great faculty and has its own official research journal and the research department is reaching new heights. The environment is great and the labs are good.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course is good. It has all the necessary subjects that are required for the student to study. With each year the subject changes or gets more advanced. The course has scope for research as well. The labs are well equipped and the student has to apply for internship necessarily in the last year.
Placement Experience
The college since being new does not have any internship option as of now. the placements are good. The student has many options to work in govt. hospitals and the college hospital is also open and the students get the chance to visit there and learn from the doctors there.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure for the course b.A.M.S is 75,000 for the first year, 65,000 for next three years each and 35,000 for the last year. The total course fee goes on to 3.05lakhs. The fee is feasible.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college does not provide any scholarship or loan facility to its students yet. The students can ask the loan from the bank at lower interest rates.
Campus Life
The college celebrates many annual events. Many workshops and seminars are held. The college organizes sports events and celebrates many national and regional and cultural festivals.
Hostel Facilities
The college does not have its own hostel facility as of yet. The students can stay at private PGs or hostels around the vicinity.
Admission
The admission in Uttarakhand Ayurved University is done through entrance exam and the merit list generated. The student must have qualified 10+2 with phy, chem and bio as main subject and has to go through the prescribed entrance exam and based on the merit the student gets selected. The students have to submit the required documents.
Faculty
The faculty is well educated and have excellent skills. They have close associations with international universities. Their experience helps us a lot. They help to promote ayurveda globally and are always ready to help.
