Good Institute.

The course curriculum was well designed and well taught. It was a one year full time course. The curriculum provides comprehensive idea in various aspects related to population. Thesis work, Thesis presentation, Term paper,Assignment, Field work are an important part of the curriculum.

Internship facility was provided by the institute. Job opportunities and placement was satisfactory in our institute. There are many career options after completing the course. Students after qualifying the course can work as a lecturer or professor in colleges or universities. Many job opportunities are also there in the field of government and private sector,NGOs etc. After qualifying my course, i gave many interviews in colleges and universities. Finally, i got a job in a semi government college as a lecturer. My starting salary was 40000 rupees monthly. I was very happy and satisfied with my job.

The fees of our institute was not at all expensive. It was very much feasible as to the demand of the course. My total fees of the one year course was around 24000 rupees. I paid the fees in two installment. The fees was good and manageable for all the students. Hostel fees was not included in the total fees.

Recognising the overall development of the students, the institute organizes many extracurricular activities. Many competitions like quiz, extempore, drama, debate, singing, dancing, sports competitions are organized in which all students participate. Winners of various competition are rewarded with prizes and certificates.

I opted for hostel accommodation. The environment of the hostel was very clean and greenery. The hostel provides very good facilities for the students. Each room of the hostel was attached with bathroom and toilet. The rooms are well equipped with bed, table, chairs, wardrobes. The hostel also has facilities for indoor and outdoor games. Besides these facilities, many other facilities provided by the hostel were Refrigerator, washing machine, oven, water purifier etc. My hostel life was very good and enjoyable. I enjoyed a lot in my hostel with my friends.

Admission in this course was based on on online test, written test and personal Interview. To get admission in this course, students have to qualify their Master of Arts with minimum 55 percent of marks from a recognised university. There was 5 percent of relaxation of marks for SC /ST students. Students who qualified their UGC/CSIR - JRF are also eligible to apply for admission in this course. Eligible students have to appear for online entrance test and written test. After qualifying both the test, eligible students will be called for interview.

All faculties of our institute are very educated and talented. Teachers are very confident and flexible. They are always ready to help us whenever we need them. They provides very good and excellent teaching to the students.
