Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is well designed and professional in our college. For BALLB, the course is five years, ten semesters, and two assignments last year. L.L.B. The final examination for the 6-year semester will be 70 marks, the mid-semester 20 marks, and the assignment ten marks.

Placement Experience

As far as I know from my seniors, some private companies come to our college. Yes, our college offers internships through the Human Rights Commission, Women Commission, Senior Citizen Forum or Consumer Forum, or any district court or high court government officials. But none of those internships offered a stipend.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Since this is a government college, 2500 fees per year, this is possible for all students. These fees include library, student union fees, cultural fees, sports fees, moot court society fees, and seminar fees. So, in my opinion, there is no need to worry about fees.

Campus Life

Our college hosts a number of events, including national level Moot Court Competition, Best Annual Activities, Saraswati Puja, Law Fairs, and Trial Advocacy Camps. Our college also hosts some outdoor activities such as freshers parties and farewell parties.

Admission

The admission to the college includes the college entrance test associated with the University of Uttar Pradesh. I have completed my 10 + 2 with good marks, wrote entrance exams, LL.B. Course in this college.

Faculty

The faculty at our college are very experienced. They are very interactive, practical, and intentional. The lecturers at our college are active in teaching and sharing vast knowledge with students. I am fortunate to be a part of this college.

Placement Experience:

So from 7th semester plcements are starting.Various Tech and Non Tech companies are also coming like TCS ,Accenture, Cognizant, Delloitte, InfoSys, KFinTech, Incture, GyanSys, Iserveu for Tech branches. and PRADAN, Aditya Birla etc for Non tech branches. Students also getting offers from OffCampus like RedHat ,CISCO ,Amazon ,Google. From On Campus Highest Package goes upto 12 to 15LPA and lowest is 4.5 but average is 5 to 6 LPA which is comperable. And about almost all are who are opting for placements got placed eventually.

After 6th semester the students get eligible for company placement. There are huge companies visited every year for the placement and many big MNCs like Amazon offers 100seats , Wipro offers 200, detollite offers 100, microsoft offers 10, ITC offers 150 , Infosys offers 300, TCS offers 200, Flipkart offers 150 and many more . Every year almost 80% of the students get placed at a good company with a minimum of 4 lakhs . After getting the degree I am planning to get placed in a multi national company like Amazon or Microsoft

Placements are ok but majority of the placement are for the IT and Cse sectors, but there are some core companies which offers a good packages. Around 40-50 % students pare placed in the companies and more over most of the students are up for the higher studies and cracking GATE exam.

See basically you placement depends on you .If you work hard you will get placed with a good package.In our college last year the avg package for CSE was around 13 Lakh per annum and highest was about 39 lakh per annum.Companies like Amazon,oracle Microsoft etc visited our college .After 4 th or 5 th semester i Think we are all capable of getting placed .

Courses and instructors are good, but don't expect a rocking campus life here.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this college without planning as I couldn't get a desired seat in IIT. But I think it was for good. The course is a wonderful primer on the path of becoming a scientist. Compared to other colleges, IISER Berhampur has a quite good faculty: student ratio. But most of them are pretty good as people and as teachers. We manage to conduct all classes without fail. But I'd like to see an increase in the number so that the research area can be broadened. The faculty here have all completed their Ph.D. and postdoc and all have some good prior experience in research and teaching. I like most of the instructors that have taught me except for a few one or two. The exam schedule is given right with the calendar release of each semester before the semester starts. Sometimes there might be changes in the schedule but we are informed around 2-3 weeks earlier in that case. Exams are not hard to pass if you attend classes and study sincerely. Questions are not asked beyond the concepts being taught.

Life at BGU

Placement Experience:

After the summer internship. The college started giving campus placement training and during the month of September, students got placement already. Companies like TATA AIG, Collegedunia, Federal Bank, Delloite, ADP, TCI, SIS, HDFC AMC. IDFC BANK. Practo, ADVARISK, AXIS BANK. Property pistol came and took a maximum of students. The highest package was offered by international companies like property pistol with 22 lac CTC and average being 5lacs. Mostly the profile was on sales and marketing. only a few fintech companies could recruit students. Till now around 96% of students are placed in different domains and already started working. I am fortunate enough to get placed in the FEDERAL bank with 10lac CTC and as a fresher joining such a big company will be extremely grateful to the college and its placement team. They personally look after students drawback by the feedback they get from the recruitment teams and suggest where to improve and give a number of opportunities to seat for the company.

Remarks:

All are good,but only fooding quality is below the level.And also it does not have any playground available to play outdoors games.only it have not a playground but this college have good class room,WiFi campus, Computer centre,canteen, language lab and hostel are there.

University Law Collehe Bhubaneswar is Indistinct!!

NLUO was the one where I tried but entrance was such that less seats and steep competition so couldn't made it there. ULC Bhubaneswar is gem!!

NLU's are my first choice and NALSAR definitely. Dur to reserved system, even after a rank of 7800, i couldn't find myself a seat.
