Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is well apt for the course, enabling the students to prepare mini-thesis at a very young age under various subjects along with a number of Industry visits, Case studies spanning over the 3 years, only to conclude in an industry-based internship /Capstone Project. VIT follows a free credit-based system, which allows the students to choose their classes and subjects by themselves.
Placement Experience
About 80% of the students from this course were placed with the highest salary. VIT college provides campus placements with the highest salary of Rs. 80,000 to 1,00,000 per month and the lowest salary of Rs. 23,000 35,000 per month and the average salary of Rs. 50,000 per month.
College Events
There are both cultural fests as well as knowledge fests. In addition to that every week, there will be a guest lecturer by business leaders. There are nearly 140 clubs where students can connect to other branches. Rivera and Gravitas are the biggest fests organised in our college every year.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees as per the university's guidelines Rs. 57000 per year, and the total fees for Bachelor in Business Administration is Rs. 1.67 Lakhs. VIT has top class infrastructure. Plenty of Wi-Fi, multiple computer labs, smart classrooms and an entire building of a library functioning till midnight, 365 days of the year. We've well-equipped hostels with lifts and Wi-Fi connectivity throughout the year. So the fees are reasonable.
Campus Life
Our college has smart classrooms and air-conditioned classrooms. Good food items are served here like rice, sambar, Chinese food, juices, cakes, etc. Sports like football, hockey, cricket, snooker, basketball, kabaddi, athletic car shows, dances, singing are available, and all students participate.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel is good, but I don't know much about it. My friends said that the food given in the hostel is up to level. There are air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned rooms and laundry are offered to students, and students are given time to explore the outside environment with some restrictions.
Admission
The courses at VIT are accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). The students are admitted based on entrance test called VITEEE followed by a personal interview. The candidates who are shortlisted on the basis of VITEEE (VIT Engineering Entrance Examination) will be called upon for interview.
Faculty
At an undergraduate level, I believe the relationship made with the faculty members are of paramount importance. The faculty members of VIT undoubtedly creates an environment that helps the students to achieve both in terms of academics as well as extracurriculars.
