My Jit experience

Every good Wifi equipped infrastructure and has every facilities necessary for an engineering students to enhance its professional skills. It has very good labs and faculty members than many other institutes in the region. Choosing this institute won?t be a bad decision in any dimension according to my experiences.

The curriculum is very update and pretty accurate according to the needs of current job market. The curriculum keep updating the curriculum over time according to the requirements. The curriculum is more focused on the practical part and innovation than theory part of the course. The classroom culture is very good as well as competitive. You will get your grades based on your performance on finals exams and class tests, practical exams and in the final year, you have to submit a project report to pass the semester.

The institute has a very active placement cell. It provides both placement and internship opportunities to its students. The placement records are pretty good of every department of the institute. The stipend and salary package varies across the departments and hiring companies.

Cultural events organizes by institute on only major festivals and national holidays. Then various students activities like essays competitions, fresher party , SAE events and others also held in the campus. Then we have foundation day celebrations, so there are many events happens through the year.

The fee structure of this institute is almost same as other engineering institutes around the region and is not feasible for every class of the society. The total fee of entire 4 year Btech program with hostel facilities is around 7-8 lacs.

Institute provides both scholarships and loan to students to fund their studies. However scholarship is often provided to the rank holders. And relaxations are also there for the reserved category as per UGC norms. Students are eligible for the scholarship online provide by State Government and Central Government to support students. So they can look for them online and apply for them according to their needs

This institute has NCC and NSS, do join them because they are national student societies and they usually organized many national camps every year like me , you would love the camping. Institute organized seminars and workshops. fresher party, welcome parties do happens in the campus. Institute has good labs and also good sport equipments and huge playground accessible to every student. Inter college basketball tournament is also organized every year on national level.

Hostel is well built and pretty good infrastructure and the fee is around 65-70k INR per year, this fee includes room rent, wifi, mess and bus and other necessary amenities. Rooms are pretty big and well ventilated to cope with TN?s summers. Bathrooms are cleaned every day. You will get your own closet, study table ,bed etc. The food of hostel mess is good also .

Joining this institute is bit tough. The admission only depends upon your boards exams marks and TNEA board members will prepare a cut off on the basis of it then you have to go through counseling process then you will get admission here.

All the faculty members are well qualified and experienced for their jobs. Most of them are encouraging and approachable regardless of the working hours. They all are very helpful and well experienced and can almost solve most of yours doubts and they are well aware of the changing trends in the job markets
