My Life at VIT Business School

VIT provides numerous placement and job opportunities for students. Companies like Intel, eBay, Amazon, Dell, GE, Texas Instruments, Schneider Electric, Bosch, etc., visit our college to recruit students. The highest salary package remains Rs.40L p.a. offered by Google. The college promises placements at high-end MNCs and startups. They also provide internship opportunities for students in the country and abroad as well. In a year average, 10 students undertake internships abroad at leading MNCs in the UK, USA, Japan, and so on.

Rivera is one of the most awaited events where many cultural programs are held and we have a lot of fun. Another fest is Gravitas where students get to showcase their talent. Other common holidays are also celebrated at the college.

I pay an amount of Rs. 55,000 every year. But when you consider the placement opportunities given by the school. along with standard education it is a pretty decent deal. Almost all the students gets placed during the pool drives.

Scholarships are given based on your academic or extracurricular performance. Students can avail for loans from banks like SBI. With the reputation of the college, it would be easy to get them as well.

Many events are conducted on the campus which involves other universities and colleges across the country. The college doesn't restrict life to just academics. College also has a great infrastructure and provide facilities like ATM, transportation, library, etc. All kinds of sports are played. Our institution doesn't tolerate any kind of biased behavior with students.

College do provide hostel facilities. The hostel fee depends on the the type of arrangement and facilities you require. I paid Rs. 1,08,540 a year for hostel which included laundry services. Mess charges extra which would be about Rs. 56,000 a year. The hostel is clean and spacious.

The admission process at VITBS for BBA is quite simple. You would've to fill your application online attaching the necessary documents. Applicants should have passed the 12th grade. They would give you admission based on the marks in 12th grade.

Faculty members are highly qualified with most of them with a Ph.D. They are really supportive and prepare us for placement drives. The classes are interactive and lively with a lot of practical inputs along with the theory.
