Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is devoted to the diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of mental disorders. The curriculum explains the complex details such as maladaptations related to mood, behaviour, cognition, and perceptions.
Placement Experience
The students, after their graduation from the M.D. in Psychiatry course, can find job opportunities in railways, State PSCs, State medical Colleges, etc. The doctors can opt for working in clinics or can open their own clinic too.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee for the specialization course in ?4.85 Lakhs per year which is quite expensive but, this is a private college and also provides amazing facilities, much better than a Government college. and therefore the fee is fine.
Campus Life
Our medical college and hospital organizes many events and competitions throughout the year. They conduct seminars and guest lectures inviting renowned medical practitioners from all over India for our students.
Hostel Facilities
Our college have our own hostel with approx 80 rooms. The rooms are very big and spacious with attached washrooms in each room. The hostel rent along with mess charges is 3000/- per month. Among many other facilities, the hostel also has a swimming pool.
Admission
After my graduation in MBBS, I planned on doing further studies. I wanted to have top grade degrees to have the best possible jobs and hence i gave the NEET PG and after the whole admission process was over, i got admission in this college.
Faculty
The faculty of the college are immensely proficient and skilled in the field of psychiatry. The faculty members are all MBBS and MD graduates who are extremely thorough and well versed with the stream.
