Remarks
The days I spent in Sidho Kanho Birsha University, were the best days of my life. I had made some amazing friends who are still friends with me. Some of my professors still guide me in my career with their valuable remarks. I am really grateful to my university.
Course Curriculum Overview
The duration of this course is two years. We had to give two semesters per year. There were total four semesters in the entire course. Apart from the semesters, our professors had often took our class tests and gave us assignments to perform to keep a watch on our performances in class.
Placement Experience
We did not receive any placement or internship offers from our college. Our professors had made us well equipped so that we can get a job after completing our degree. They had also arranged some workshops which had also helped us a lot to understand our career opportunities very well.
Fee Structure And Facilities
My course fees was around 8,640 rupees. We had to pay the fees on the semester basis. According to me the fees was extremely affordable for all the students. The fees included semester fees, tuition fees and registration fees.
Campus Life
Though many of the students in my batch belonged from different cities, casts and social classes, it never created a barrier between our friendship. We really had a very good bond with each other. Most of us used to participate in the programs organized by our college.
Alumni/Alumna
We really had amazing seniors. They helped us a lot in our academics and also shared their experiences with us regarding everything. We had a social media group with our seniors where they used to guide us in our studies. I am still friends with some of my seniors.
Admission
Sidho Kanho Birsha University is one of the most renowned university in Purulia, West Bengal. Since I got a very good score in graduation, I was determined to do my masters course from this college. The college faculty had prepared a merit list of the selected candidates. My name was there on the second shortlist.
Faculty
In our department all the professors were extremely qualified and efficient. They were very supportive and helpful. They had always helped us whenever it was required. All the other faculty members were also very supportive to the students.
