Remarks

The infrastructure is very good. Labs classrooms are also very good. Playground water facility toilet are super class. College also provides us digital classrooms. Students come here to show the infrastructure. You will love it. Wifi facility also provided by college

Sushil Kar College offers B.Sc at a very lower rate that's the reason the competition is high in this college and there are limited seats. They are offering 3 years B.Sc course at rs. 3940, which comes to Rs.1900 for the first year and rs.1020 for the rest of the years.

Teachers are very helpful, well qualified. They spent many extra time with us for teaching. The student teacher ratio is 20:1 which is great and teaching is also effective in this way. It?s one of its kind, best teachers to guide you whenever you need them.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
