Good College

I would not say it is the best college for BA english hons. But it is a good one. It provides ample amount of knowledge. The college is very affordable and also provides scholarships to the meritorious and poor students.

The college has a good academic record. It is accredited by NAAC as C++. The course curriculum is of 3 years with 6 semesters. Every year 2 semesters are conducted after a session of every 6 months. The course not only covers the theoretical orientation but also the practical examples and assignments. Overall this course is well mapped. And kind a manageable.

The college has placement opportunities for the students to make them worthy of the professional work. There is also summer internships, their recruitment process is kind a different. The deserving candidates obviously gets the opportunity to have internship and placement. But some of us didn?t wanted to sit for the campus interview as we were looking forward to the higher studies.

The fee structure here is very very feasible. This is a non profit center and the students need to pay the least amount of money in the 3 years of study. For general category the course curriculum fee is around 7.49 thousand which is not at all expensive. It is also very affordable for the candidates who are not from a economically stable family. Also the college has scholarship facilities so there is no need to worry about the fees.

There are different types of scholarships for the students here. There is a scholarship for SC ST candidates. There is a tuition fees concessions which is awarded to a limited amount of students who are from economically weaker section. Also there is scholarship for poor and meritorious students having regular attendance and good performance. Moreover the college provides lots of opportunities to the students who are good at their academics but can't afford the money.

The rooms are air conditioned. Good facility of library with full of resources and labs which are fully equipped. The college conducts lots of seminars and workshops here. Also the college has a decent amount of extracurricular activities like NCC and NSS etc.

The admission process here requires your previous qualifying exams aggregate, it is basically a merit based admission process. To get your admissions done you need to have atleast 50% marks in your higher secondary examination or any other equivalent examination from a recognized board. The admission process is online and there is only 27 seats.

The faculties including the professors and the guest lecturers, are very well qualified. They like hardwork and dedication in the students. The are all good teachers and have great teaching methods. Overall the faculties are really good.
