Remarks

The name of the college, the activities and fests, I liked the fact it has an entire club for social activities- NSS.It has two fests in one year one business and the other cultural. The teachers have good experience and the crowd is also nice

Course Curriculum Overview

I feel that our course being related to finance is a bit back to date, a few faculties our Amazing, they give us exposure and stand by our side whenever we need help Our course does not give give us exposure to the real world and on how things work there I feel like this is important and should be a part of the curriculum

I?m still in college I don?t know A lot about the placements I did have a talk with me senior related to it she told me that the placements have a lot of levels to them we have to sit for an exam an interview then only we get the offer if we?re goodWe get offers from mainly commercial offices

Campus life is not what we see in the movies but it?s interesting You get a lot of exposure, our college takes it in many events Our college conducts many events in a year we have a fashion show for the fashion students a business fest for the commerce students and all the departments together held a cultural fest

We have a huge library, two computer labs, all sorts of labs for the science students, we have an auditorium a conference room For the students we have something called the recreational area where they can sit and enjoy to themselves without any disturbance Beside the recreational zone we have a canteen

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Deperments with strong placement cells secure 10-15 offers per company, depending on batch size. 5. 8-10LPA Highest package offered by Leading companies and 4-5LPA Average package offered by companies. 6. 60-80% of students getting placements. i am interested in Ph.D. programs for research positions.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.

Admission here depends on your 12th grade and we also have a test on checking our English. Students who fail there even if he/she has good grades in 12th stands not eligible.
