Studying in North campus was a dream come true for me

Khalsa provides with everything to make your college life memorable. It all boil down how you make most of it.

Course curriculum is pretty intensive. I got to study about old English, different cultures, and what thinking goes into building up for a book or a poem and how people at the time react to it. With this course it opened my thinking prospects too. How the society worked at the time and what were hardships, on personal fronts I always had a interest to write, with a course so nudging I saw my direction quite clearly.

I currently am working in a job I got through placement cell of college, it is very promising and actually helps really well to step in big world.

I wasn't much in cultural activities but yeah must say fest season was pretty amazing. We organised and witnesded different vibes of khalsa and north campus at whole. Our college fest was Lashkara, which was 3 days event, with alot of fun games, events for different departments and a star performance every year. My favourite was of first year it was Guru Randhawa. I just stopped in ecstasy in fests and was all worth hustle in end

My fees was pretty feasible according to campus of our college. Unlike many du colleges are college was air conditioned, and fees was around twenty thousand yearly. I didn't face any breakdown in fees or something but yeah administration department was always cooperative

No I didn't opt for any such thing. I don't feel such opportunities are provided by college if so I am unaware as we weren't informed.

Campus was pretty amazing for a du college. It was air conditioned mostly with pretty hangout spots. Even had a gurudwara inbuilt in college. Even canteen and a place called 'jannat' was famous hangout spot. Gender ratio was also equal, their was no biasnesd on male and female front. Anyone was welcomed their

No actually not. Like I got in college in 5th cut off so many students were already settled by the time. I didn't get much interaction with them

I opted for English hons for the sake of my interest in language and love of literature and reading. The admission process was tedious at the time. Window opened from 10am-1 pm and long queue. But in scrotching heat also we made it through. You get 3 days at max before a list closes but faculty always guides through.

There was always 4 core subjects in every semester, dealing with different type of literature and culture. Faculty of College was pretty devoted in knowledge imparting. Took their work as their first priority and always being there if we are stuck. Ofcourse their were times when litrature was too much to handle all the time, but professors knew how to keep going through quirky tricks and tactics to keep our interest going.
