Best college in Pune Which offers Overall Development of Student

AIT, Pune is one of the india best college in terms of overall Personality development of a student in all aspects. As strength is not large every student get ample ooportunity to explore and find its strength and weakness to improve upon them.

I took Admission in May-2012 and i have given AIEEE and scored 130 marks and my all india rank was around 60000. The Discipline, Placement Record of this college is one of best with companies like microsoft, myntra, oracle etc visiting every year.

It offers BE in four branches i.e IT, Computer Science, Mechanical, Electronics and Telecommunication and PG in Mechanical Design (Started in 2016). It is affiliated to pune University and facility of college is excellent and most of them are young and doing their Phd. they are helpful and cover whole syllabus of curriculum in class.

Many companies like microsoft, josh, calsoft etc come for internship with microsoft offering 50000 for two month internship. College pushes and support to go for internship and projects for every student.

Placements in our college is greater than 90% with companies like microsoft, oracle, google, TCS, thought works, code nation visting every year. about 50 companies visit our college every year. this year our highest package is 24lpa by code nation.

Aakriti:- it is interbranch competition between 4 branches in our colege in which all cultural and sports events take place. Techaakriti :- it is technical interbranch competition between four branches in which all coding, games and all debating quizzing take place. Solutions:- it is intracollege technical fest in which colleges all around pune participate organised in jan-feb and many companies sponsor and give internship on basis of this. Pace:- it is sports fest in which colleges around pune participate and all sports event take place. it is also organised in jan-feb.

As government now incresing fees of NITs and IITs, our college has a feasible fee strucure with hostel and mess facility inside campus. campus is about 35acres.

There are various scholarships avialable for boys and girls1) AGIF:- a sum amount of 40000 is given to 14 toppers student of class. Merit cum:- after first 14 next five get a sum amount of 10000. Tata merit:- given to toppers, rank holders and distinction holders. There are many more scholarships given by organisation and various companies sponsor it.

in every batch of 300 students about 50 girls are there. there are various clubs operating in college so there are lot of extracurricular activities take place on regulat basis. Almost all students are from north india and all 300 are from army background only. there are various clubs like robotics, OSS, dramatics, Debate etc. all all are from army background all have same economic status. hostels are good so hostels parties are there but organisation is strict on that. there are no such politics and ragging in our college.

Hostels rooms are of two types triplet for(3 Peoples) and singlet all roomsa are big enough and we alloted according to our merits.there is ample space to accomodate all 300 intakes every year 60- mechanical, 60- IT, 60-computer science, 120-Electronics and telecommunications. we have seprate hostels for boys and girls. though some student want to live outside in apartments and they are also cheaply and easily avilable.For all we have 3 mess 2 boys mess and 1 girls, mess have space to accoamdate all students, with food quality very good as it is regulary monitored by organisation.

College alumni network is excellent and a lot of startups are from ait and they give sponsorship and mentoring financially and giving suggestions. many scholarships and technical event are sponsored by them.everybyear alumni meet is celebrated in month of december and even in cities like banglore where there is more number of alumnis.

As it is affiliated to pune university so all syllabus of pune university is followed. daily we have college from 9:15 am to 4:15 am with 1hr lunch break and 15 minutes between lectures. we have atlest 1 practical of 2hrs and 4 theory lectures. it is not hectic.
