Remarks

The college has nice campus, peaceful place, helpful for study. Campassing is another best part. Teachers are helpful labs are good and there are many clubs for handling with hobby also. Seniors are behave well and help us.

Course Curriculum Overview

Teachers are cooperative, friendly, teach us in such ways that we easily understand. Librarians are helpful and give their proper guide too. Even they give their books to us, in our town only for our study.

Placement is important part for every student and college give focus on this they prepare student do this. Many company come to take fresher and give a high package.

College Events

Teachers and seniors organize many competition and programs. They help us also to take part. College organize sports,Webiner also only for us. We get many cirtificate and points also. Anyone can expose their talent by this.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.

I choose this college because this college was good in among all the average colleges in West Bengal leaving the top colleges. The placement is also good.
