Remarks

One of my friends got admission in the college and after several days he suggested me to take admission. I myself went to the college with my family for campus visit. The college has a reknown name in the field and is one of the reputed colleges in the states. The college was overall good with good infrastructure and good faculty and it was overall an good college with good placements. It is true if I say the college atmosphere was one of the prime factor in my decision. I was also looking for college I got myself admitted in one of the college in Delhi NCR but as compared to that my present college is better in every way overall it's a good college

Course Curriculum Overview

Till now there is no industry exposure given to us although it was promise to is let's hope for good as we have time in our graduation. And the course syllabus is outdated and it seriously need alteration. Dr. Surbhi Sachdeva, IIT ROORKEE was one of the good faculty I met th teacher is one of the experienced teacher in the field of physics.

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 500000 per year

Placement Experience

The placement and jobs opportunity are good but can be improved, various companies visit college and offers packages of around 17-25 lakhs easily

College Events

Campus life is quite good and better than others and extracurricular events are always been a part of campus life and an annual tech fest is organised every year and on a large scale. There are various clubs in the college and are pretty much active throughout the year

Fees and Financial Aid

I have been given Uttarakhand domicile scholarip of 26% and there are several others scholarips based on sports and acdemics.

Campus Life

My campus infrastructure is the best in the state. All primary and essentials are provided to each and every other. And luxuries are also provided. Sports, gymnasium,WiFi, although the size of library is quite small according to me for a National level university. The pcs in lab are quite outdated and needs to be updated

Hostel Facilities

I opted for Hostel for 2years and hostel life is also one of the good part of the campus life. The college has incampus hostel facility with mess and indoors sports room and Gymnasium is available for only Hostel students only.

Hostel Fee: INR 115000 per year

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because of its affordability and the teaching quality of this college is good . They helps in choosing the real life application based projects . Teaching methods are impressive but they don't provide notes . We have make notes by attending class regularly. Frequency and timings of exams are of 3 hrs. For each subject . Difficulty level is moderate and students can prepare it well in the gap days also .

IIT Roorkee is the best one can get on overall basis.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement starts in Semester 7 and 8 for can say, in the last of graduation. HUL,TCS, Microsoft,JP Morgan and many huge companies visit campus for placements. Highest pakage in placement goes around 1.5 crore annually to lowest pakage around 8 LPA. Companies mainly comes for SDE role. But apart that few comes for PM, Data Science, Consulting profiles as well.

Responsive faculty and well managed curriculum to focus on specific areas of each students to make them better in the region of technolgy where they want to grow. mid level toughness with regular tests and end sem combining the internal and external practical exams.

I always loved coding and learning about new technologies. Also, jobs in CS/IT department are paid high. The faculty and student ratio is on the medium side. Faculties are highly qualified from IIT and top private colleges. They are very helpful and have a great pedagogy.

Remarks:

A very good college. There is no spoon feeding scene like that of private institute. As good ranking students are there you can have a good academic competition which will nurture your ability and groom to you be a better engineer.

You can get various scholarships on the basis of your percentile in jee mains and your 12th percentage. It's around 100 percent for 90+ percentile in jee mains and 100 percent for 95+ in PCM in 12th.
