Remarks

Subjects of interest. Years of experience. Well versed teachers. Referred by Seniors. Good laboratory facilities available.The subject combinations included in this course we're of my preference.Location of the college was great.

Course Curriculum Overview

It was a completely new syllabus when I started my first year.Academic syllabus are well up to date.Well versed with the ever-growing competitive field.The course includes all necessary elements for supporting new upcoming pharmacists.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 400000 per year

Internships Opportunities

15 days internship in Caplet pharmaceuticals.Teachers help in such internship programmes.

Presence of several clubs like research, photography,etc. There are many scope if one wishes to explore new flields. Extra curriculum like volleyball,football matches are held.Even NSS group is there if anyone wishes to indulge in social activities.

Anyone with annual income less than 300000 gets a scholarship.Anyone with a good result may also claim for certain scholarships

Campus Life

Well equipped library with recents journals and subjective books to cater to needs of the student. Infrastructure is not satisfactory.The college infrastructure is old and maintenance is not at all satisfactory.

Hostel Facilities

Not in very good condition.The hostel food is not very good.Sanitary conditions are fine.Rooms are approximately maintained.And overall accomodation is fair.Hostel wardans are quite approachable.The hostels rooms are old.

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Deperments with strong placement cells secure 10-15 offers per company, depending on batch size. 5. 8-10LPA Highest package offered by Leading companies and 4-5LPA Average package offered by companies. 6. 60-80% of students getting placements. i am interested in Ph.D. programs for research positions.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
