Remarks

1. Location is good. 2. Campus is beautiful. 3. Reputation of college 4. Old College established in 1954 5. Placement is good as compared to any other college in Bihar after NIT PATNA & IIT PATNA. 6. Faculties and Seniors are very helpful. 7. Near capital city of Bihar i.e. Patna 8. Provides extra curriculum like organize tech fest, sports day etc. 9. Tuition fee is only Rs10/month. 10. Provides Hostel Facility

Course Curriculum Overview

Excellent in course curriculum, Academics session are quite appreciable. All the facilities are very good. Specially, principal sir is very disciplined and want all of us to be in discipline. And as the college is Tequip college it has many more faculties they work hand to hand with students.

Placement and jobs opportunity is very good. There are many company that's visits our college. They are Alstom Transport India Ltd, HCL, TCS, IBM India, Prism Johnson Ltd, Wipro, Wioska Mouldings Pvt Ltd., Okaya Infocom, Grifeo Technology, PIE Infocomm, SS Teleservices, Chibber Constructions, Shyam Designers & Consultants. Placement is done through written exam followed by interviews. Good number of students get placed. There is placement in all the branches. Alumini networking for job referrals is also appreciable. Entrepreneur Cell is excellent. Our college has on Smart India Hackathon two times. One of the entrepreneur is Ankit Jha. He is today Campus ambassador of MHRD ministry and he is currently in final year of college.

College Events

Campus Life is my loving one. It organize many events like tech fest, sports day, science fest, annual days. In 1 year of my being, it has organized 2 sports function, one is called UDGAM and another was branchwise sports. Also in my being they have successfully organized tech fest called TechMiti.

Fees and Financial Aid

I have been availed scholarship of Rs 10000 by National Scholarship Program. All the students of any category gets this scholarship once filled successfully and submitted successfully.

Campus Life

Infrastructure are also very good when compare to other state government colleges in Bihar. It has sports facilities, a quite big library with almost all the books available there in that student needs, free wifi is available, labs are very good with all the equipments needed

Hostel Facilities

Hostel infrastructure and facilities are good. There's no any single reason to stay out side the college campus. Also the hostel residental fee including the mess fee is quite reliable and affordable. They provide us with free wifi facility, no water issues, mess is good. About 50 students can seat in mess at a time.

Placements at NIT Patna Are good for cs e The students become eligible from 7th semester Average place fields is around 13 to 14 lpa Eld highest goes to 40 Around 85 to 95 Percent students get placed I plan to become a software developer after graduation

Motihari Engineering College in my Point Of View

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students are eligible to seat and apply for campus placements . Eligiblity criteria depends on companies but if you have 7 CGPA ir more than that then you don't need to worry . Companies like Godrej, ACC,CDAC, BHEL, Infosys, WIPRO ,TCS etc. visited our college for campus placements. Highest package from our college is around 13 Lakh Per Annum and average placement is 3 to 4 Lakh Per Annum Its totally depends upon companies and their job profiles. There are almost 60 to 70 percentage student got placement ( In upper branches like CSE& AI percentage is slightly high otherwise it is quite low for civil and our branches) My plans after getting a degree that is I have to go for M.Tech from any IITs of India I am preparing hard for that.

The placement of this collage are not as good as it should have to be. Students gets as the average packlagge of around 4 to 5 lakh per annum. Branches like cse and ai also didnot get placements as it should have to be.Students depends on government vaccancies and offline placements like rozgar mela etc to got job. government should have to focus on these.

Genuine Review of Motihari Engineering College

Placement Experience:

From 6th semster you are eligible to sit in campus placement . There is companies like Infosys , TCS , De Walls Ads , Wipro, Congnizent, ACC visited our college for campus placements . They have limited offers with limited packages also they have some eligiblity criterias like students should have CGPA above than 7.5 . Highest package offered in our college is 13 LPA per annum by TCS for a CSE student and Average package is around 3.5 to 4 lakh per annum. There is highest placements in branches like CSE ,EEE andCIVIL. Other branches got less offeres. Totally 50 to 60 percentage students got placements from our college because majority lower branch students are preparing for government exams like SSC , UPSC, BPSC , DAROGA and GATE. My plans after getting the degree to go for highes studies (M.TECH) .

Motihari Engineering College in my Point Of Views

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester students become eligible for campus placements. There is companies like Wipro , Infosys, ACC, Copegimini, Congnizent, TCS visited our college for campus placements. There is very less number of offers given by companies and also there is almost negligible offers for Lower branches(like Mechanical and Civil) . There is highest 12.4 lakh per annum for a CSE student given by TCS and average salary of 4 LPA . There is only 50 to 60 percent students got placements in which majority are from CSE , CSE-AI , and EEE branches. My plans after getting the degree is doing M.tech from any reputed Colleges of India like some NITs or IITs depending to my Gate Score.

Placement Experience:

From 7 th semester students become eligible for cmpus placements . Thera are a few companies like HCL, TCS, Wipro, Infosys , Cisco ,Figma ,ACC and so on visited our college for campus placement but limited offers . Percentage of placements is arround 60 % which is very low but students are trying there best . Higher package was 12.4 LPA by Infosys as SDE and avrage package of 4 LPA. My plans are not taking plaement , I am preparing for gate 2027 .

Placement Experience:

The placement is not so good but if you work hard about study then you will be selected for campus placement. Many companies visit here. 40 percentage students approx get placement. I have to clear competitive exams after it.

Positive:- Very Good college and working very hard to become one of best college of Bihar. Negative:- Very few faculty of civil engineering in our College, the lab facility for 3rd and 4th year student is not available at all.
