Remarks
It is one of the good enginneeing colleges known. And there is no such necessity like a particular mark should be obtained to get into the college, they take into account the board marks and also the cgpa. As I didn't get good marks in JEE Mains but had good percentage in my boards, i opted for this college.
Placement Experience
The college has a large alumni base connected through alum association and there are alumni meets every year and you can build contacts their. The alumni often come back to campus to recruit and offer projects.
College Events
There are a lot of clubs and they all take care of the extra curricular activities. You can join them according to your interest. The robotics club have won at national levels.The gender is really good and people from almost every state study here and even we have international students studying at the college.Every small and big festival is celebrated. The annual fest youthopia is connected where cultural technical events are conducted. A sports fest is also conducted once a year. The fest sees participation from colleges across the state.
Fees and Financial Aid
No, we don't get any kind of scholarship but the state domicile students get a scholarship in fees which is 20% less than the actual fees.
Hostel Facilities
Yes I have opted for the hostel. It provides ac as well as non-ac rooms. The rooms available have triple occupancy and single occupancy. Rooms are spacious and quite big. The single room has attached washrooms.
