Remarks

I have opted for this college (techno mqin salt lake) under makaut University because it convey decent placement with a good package for my course and it comes under my home city. So that's why i have choosen this course under this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

This course has a good future aspect. Especially for students who had biology during in their 11th and 12th. Faculties are very supportive and interactive and you will get a good exposure to laboratory works which is the most imp element required in this course.

Yes i have opted for dominos company.

Placement Experience

The placement opportunities are pretty good but it totally depends upon the sgpa we are getting. But our of the alumni got placed in really good sectors.

College Events

Everything is on mark. We have good cultural committee, charity committee and one of the biggest fest been organise by our technical committee in eastern india. you will definately get a good exposure to your other inner talents.

Campus Life

The lab is having modern equipments, library is gretty good, there is hell lot of other curriculum activities. There are many committees for other extra curricular activities and there will be committees where you will be getting the training for enterprunership.

Hostel Facilities

I haven't opted for hostel as i live nearer to the college. But the hostels r out of college campus but it's placed in the walking distance to college. But the hostels are pretty good and disciplinary.

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
