The college is considered to be one of the best in terms of academics under the whole university and has one of the best faculty in the university.

I appeared for JEE Main exam and on the basis of my JEE score I took the admission in this college via the CAP rounds conducted by Maharashtra DTE board. I chose this college as it was the best option available at the time of admission, in terms of academics.

The course focusses on the latest technologies and also offers a lot of research works to be done either under the roof of college or personal work. Teachers are very friendly and help the students who try to do something out of the box.This gives way to a lot of research work and development of the students.

Yes, companies visit the college regarding internship and EQ Technologies are is a very consistent company which provides internships to almost 10 - 15 students every year and that too with a healthy stipend. Other small companies and firms also visit (like Chargingo).

As far as Computer Engineering branch is considered, there are 100% placements.Companies like NVIDIA,EQ Technologies, Cognizant, Infosys, Accenture tend to visit our college and have provided upto 18 Lakhs package(per annum) to the students. Now considering other branches, IT has 45% placement, mechanical has 25-30% placement with big companies like Barclay's and Atlas Copco.

A number of cultural and technical events are organized in the college throughout the year like the tech fest Sinhgad Karandak, Convene, Techtonic, Neon,etc. Our college cultural team is know for its outstanding performance in dance, singing, drama, fashion show.

The fee structure is quite reasonable as spending 90000/- to 100000/- is not a big deal today. As far as infrastructure is considered, the college has a very good infrastructure and a very good location between the mountain ranges. It has been made by carving the mountains and the it shows the power of good Civil Engineering.

The college provides a number of fee waivers for SC/ST/OBC students and also EBC scholarships for general category candidates. Other scholarships include TFWS that is tution fee waiver scheme under which allows intelligent students to enjoy consession in tution fee in order to praise them.

The campus is very jolly.It consists of various attractive spots like student activity center and cultural center and a number of cafes. The crowd includes Indian as well as foreigners who are mostly from arab countries. Also there are robotics club and labs such as database management labs,heat transfer lab,robotics lab,etc.

The college has a number of boys as well as girls hostels there are seperate hostels for girls and boys there are a lot of facilities provided by the college in the hostels like : clean drinking water, Hot water for bath, 24 hrs water supply, good mess facility. Mess provides very good quality food and also a nu mber of cafes are provided for having snacks.

The Alumni network of our college is quite good as the passed out students often visit the college for recruitment purpose, internship purpose and for enjoying different events. They tend to help out the current students by guiding them in terms of academics as well as co-curricular activities.

As the college is affiliated to University of Pune, the exam structure is decided by the university and internal practice exams for practical exam as well as theory exam is very ccommon in the college. The exam pattern consists of the MCQ exam,theory exam, practical exam and Viva exams.

I took the admission in this college via the CAP rounds conducted by Maharashtra DTE board. I had to go to the nearest center for getting my application form in order to appear in the admission rounds of Maharashtra state.After that I waited for the result of first round of seat allotment and found Smt. Kashibai Navale College of Engg. as the best option for engineering.

The faculty members are very friendly and tackle the problems of students in a very good manner. They regularly take feedback from the students and continuously work hard in order to make the students as much comfortable as possible. This makes the relation between student and lecturer very friendly.
