Remarks

I have been a part of the Heritage institute before as well, since I passed out from The Heritage School. Also, it's really close to my house and that saves a lot of time. I can easily utilise that time for other activities.

Course Curriculum Overview

I love my course because I find these subjects very interesting and I always wanted to study them in details. I'd mention Nilima Aggarwal's name, as she is really a good teacher and makes students fall in love with Accounts.

Course Fees: INR 210600 per year

College Events

Campus life is great. We get to participate in all kinds of events held in our college. Cultural fests, business fests regularly occur and thus it is a sweet escape from the daily monotonous life. We also have Eclecia which is the main fest of our college and happens every year.

Campus Life

Infrastructure is really good. We have our labs, libraries and a good WiFi set up, huge playground, canteen which provides very good food. All our classrooms have smart boards and cctv facility too. Although classrooms do not have air conditioning facility.

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Deperments with strong placement cells secure 10-15 offers per company, depending on batch size. 5. 8-10LPA Highest package offered by Leading companies and 4-5LPA Average package offered by companies. 6. 60-80% of students getting placements. i am interested in Ph.D. programs for research positions.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

It's my decision from class 12 that I will do civil engineering, so I chose the civil branch, the course curriculum is well and the teaching level is good but the main problem is lab, there is very limited classes for lab, so I think they should improve there.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
