A college full of opportunities.

College is good and you can enjoy a lot. However a lot of discipline is tried to maintain in college premises.

I took JEE mains and scored 113 along with 93% in boards. The college is reputed for its placements and interactive environment. Ichose mechanical due to my interest in automobile. The admission is based on merit list from AIT. Candidate is called in college and if in ascending order of merit no and given choices of branches.

The curriculum is quite varse including mini projects compulsory in every year along with several value added courses for every branch. Projects ranging from robotics to coding to SUPRA BAJA are organized. Several patents and papers have also been procured.

There are no internships available in the college. However several notifications come regarding them and you can easily get one with the help of professors or on your own.

Placements of the college are the best in pune. Several companies for comp and IT providing packages as high as 24 lakhs. Other companies include HSBC ,ZS, Deloitte ,mu sigma, tata tech, FMC, etc. TCS is the mass recruiter. UES centre of pine is AIT. placement for comp and IT are quite good but mech and E&TC placements suffer a bit. But if you are technically sound and have good communication skills there are great chances of being placed in a very good company.

Initially interbranch cultural sports and technical events are organized 2 months after admission. They go on about 3 days each and the environment is quite vibrant and happening all the time. Later on intercollegiate sports fest PACE is organised followed by AMETHYST cultural and SOLUTIONS tech fest. There is a huge participation due to good reputation of college.

Fee structure us quite expensive, around 2,25,000 for first year and goes on decreasing for everything including everything like WiFi and barber and hostel, mess and value added courses. The fees is comparatively less for subsequent years. The fees however increased this and last year and may increase this year also.

The college offers AGIF scholarship worth 40,000 to abot top 15 students of each class. and merit cum means scholarship to 3 students after top 15 from each branch. Toppers of each branch get 20,000 and second topper get 15,000.

The gender ratio is not good just like any other engineering college about 6:1 for other btanches and 58:1 in mechanical. There are several clubs and you get a lot of treats from seniors if you are involved in a club. No discrimination at all based on caste religion or state. Parties are not allowed in hostel but you can do one if you are good at running if the watchman arrives.

The hostel rooms include singlets and triplets. There are 4 floors in hostel. Hostel has a good WiFi connection with unlimited access. Tables and chairs are available. Recreational rooms with TV is also available in hostels. Mess food is fine somedays it is quite good while it may be bad on some. There are completely separate hostel for first years.

The alumni network is one of the best in India. There is alumni meet each year. Alumni provide fund to college for projects and internship. There are several interactions organized by college and they always try to improve the college.

The exams structure is quite hectic. You have 2 online exams worth 25 each in between semester and an online exam for 50 marks at the end of semester. There are practical labs each day. College is quite strict in terms of attendance and you can't be in hostel in college hours. So not so chilled out but events and daily life is quite happening.

The form is uploaded on official site to be filled online around 1 month after JEE. Merit list is uploaded and date for your merit no is also given. Just reach the college along with all the documents listed in form and if your branch is available fill the form.

Faculty us dedicated to do projects. They are fine as far as teaching abilities are concerned. Every student is also assigned a counselor to increase student teacher interaction. The teachers of the college are well reputed in the university and are quite helpful.
