As of now we didn't get the chance to participate in any such events and extra curricular activities due to the covid-19 pandemic. Based on the experience of the seniors (of past year events) IIT Guwahati is as enthusiastic in holding these events as they are for the studies. Alcheringa is one of the main fests of IIT Guwahati and is well know for its concert and performance from bands and group from all over the world.
Campus Life
The 704 acres campus of IIT Guwahati is filled with various locations and points of interest. The campus of IIT Guwahati has three lakes and trekking route. Every branch has proper seperate rooms and the labs are fully equipped with the latest technology. Hostel and mess facility of IIT Guwahati is also really good.
