BEFORE YOU CHOOSE, YOU BETTER NOT CONFUSE

I was an average student from the starting onwards so I could not crack jee or wbjee and hence had to come into this college for further studies, apart from that one of my elder brothers was already studying here and as he said the college offers good opportunities and studies and practicals, so I decided to come here.

I chose cse with specialization in machine learning and artificial intelligence because in my knowledge it's the most paid and most demanded job in it market, and also machine learning is quite fun. faculty: student ratio is 1:37, i.e., for every 37 students there is 1 faculty member. Qualification of faculty is not at all good in GEHU but is good in GEU, in GEHU most of the faculty members have graduated from this college itself and are not at all experienced. Term exams occur once in every semister that rises to 4 exams every year.

Internships offer great knowledge to students for a startup plan and good ideas of becoming an entrepreneur. Last year ADOBE and AMAZON took away 12 students from our college for internship. You can imagine how hard it is to get into such great companies for internships. So, if you work hard, no one can stop you from grabbing such opportunities.

The placement percentage for CS/IT branch is 89% which is quite good The average package is 5.2 lacs/annum, the highest is 56 lacs/annum and the lowest being 3.9 lacs/annum. Everything depends on the student. The highest package is offered by ADOBE, and the lowest by TCS/WIPRO Except for GOOGLE, most of the top companies visited our college for campus placements in the last few years so you grab a great chance to get into these companies. My plan after getting my degree is either if I get a good score in GATE then I will join an IIT or NIT or else i will go for campus placements.

The fee structure is quite high but if you have a domicile certificate of Uttarakhand then you will be getting a discount of 25% apart from this you will also get a discount on the basis of your 12 th board percentage. About scholarships, they offer you scholarships based on your semister results. Scholarships start from a semister percentage of 75% with a discount of 5000 inr and it increases 5000 INR with every 5% increase in semister percentage. Job assurance is the main factor students get into a college, talking about mine, it offers 89% of placement with the highest package of 56 lacs per annum to date. If you are a CS student, this college is a good choice but if not then you are in a very wrong place.

Life at the campus is cool, being very frank, there are hot chicks all around the place, and its a guarantee that you will find someone to love very soon in this college. Annual fests are cool here, once ARIJIT SINGH even came here for singing in annual fest. Library holds 1.5 lac books, so you won't be suffering any lack of books. Sports facilities are also good here apart from that people play football very rarely, most play cricket and basketball which i hate. There are 4 clubs in the college campus, one for projects, one for singing, one for sports, and one for dance.
